No one lost his tokens because swap didn't finish yet but it is a continuous process which will be completed by end of June. Binance is only exchange from announced ones those will participate in swapping tokens, which started process. There will be many rounds of these swaps and none will lose tokens be sure of this thing. In next round many exchanges will be taking part to facilitate the swap.

Step III: Post Suspension of Deposit and Withdrawal
Binance will send its users’ ERC20 ZIL
tokens to the Zilliqa team.

The Zilliqa team will burn them and send
the same amount of mainnet ZILs to
Binance’s Zilliqa mainnet addresses.
I think you may need to send them to a Zilliqa team address for swap, not sure though.
