I believe in ETH more. So if I was I would invest in 2 ETH instead of buying 15 NEO. To buy NEO, I would rather choose another coin to hold for a long time like XRP, XVG. I do not like NEO very much.

NEO is the first crypto in China, it has the technology, planning and direction as Ethereum so many people call NEO the Chinese Ethereum. IMO, NEO can reach $1000 easily this year but its hard for Ethereum to reach $10k till 2020.

I think you are right, too many ICOs will dump ethereum preventing it from hitting $10,000 whereas NEO is a lot newer and has more room to grow. $1000 is a low target as a 2 year price for NEO
If you couldn't really choose between the two of them then just hold both of them,

I am still holding both of them , NEO and Ethereum. I also would recommend you to do that, because these coins will win in long term. They both are great teams and they are showing a lot of progress!
If you want to buy ethereum look out for previous support abd set your buy orders there, that will be a spectacular entry for eth and buy the end of the year this same eth will give you big profits, it is just a mayter of finding better entry and selling points.

True, for me etherum is always better than everything, i believe that this coin could in few next years follow bitcoin and surprise us with price with 5 numbers, that is possible. 
The bigger the number the better so i am obviously choosing NEO in this case. NEO is indeed an elite cryptocurrency that made some crypto enthusiast comparing the 2 cryptos. I believe NEO will also reach what Ethereum has reached so a 15 NEO is better than 2 Eth.

I have not heard about any technical issues with them but rather with their government, moving forward both these platform will face stiff competition but the biggest challenge will be the regulations that the governments around the world will impose on these ICO and that is not a good sign for the market for the price to rise in both these platforms. 
For me, both Ethereum and NEO are valuable cryptocurrency and great potential. Investing in Ethereum and NEO promises to bring a lot of profit for us in the future. Ethereum is also very popular, it has good technology, many ICOs projects use Ethereum as the platform, every day Altcoin has a huge trading volume. I believe that by the end of this year Ethereum will cost over $ 1800. NEO is known as Ethereum of China, it has a professional development team, broad support community. I prefer to choose 2 ethereum than 15 neo, because now this ethereum will still continue to be one good and potent coin. where neo has not been able to show any significant price movements so choosing ethereum is a good choice.

You already said that. "NEO is very easy to reach $ 1000 this year, but Ethereum is very difficult to reach $ 10000 in 2020" so Neo is a good investment, but if it is me. I will divide the investment into two. partly on ethereum and the other on the NEO. so we have 2 assets for the future. Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?
