This is exactly why lakers acquired players like rondo, lance, mcgee, beasley and whatever else they got. During the regular season the young bloods will play with lebron as much as they can and they will learn a lot from him, specially lonzo will have the best chance because he will learn from rondo who is an amazing passer and lebron who is also amazing passer and play maker.
Nevertheless, come playoff time they will put forward people like beasley and lance and mcgee a lot more minutes and they will carry the load because as more veterans they are they can lift up that pressure of playing with lebron.
Young players may crack at playoffs considering they will have one year of critism playing with lebron and maybe failing to play perfectly but veterans won't have any issues with critism because they have already been critised to hell during all these years, specially someone like lance beasley mcgee and rondo who have all been really under the scope for what they have been doing.
This is the reason why they get veteran players in their roster. They want to furnish their young players so that they can be a good player in the next years. I agree with you that Lonzo will benefit the most in this roster because of Rondo who we know as one of the great passers. I hope he will learn from him.
Lebron will definitely carry some of the load in Lakers but I think it will not be the same as the last season. In playoffs, veterans will step up because they have the experience in it. Young players will play too but I don't think they will play long. For me, I don't think Lakers will go to NBA Finals for now but in the next years they will I think. Lets just wait for the young players to be an all star caliber players.
