are you familiar with all these imports?
Only familiar with the three imports, Justine Brownlee, RHJ and Ratliff, the import of the Magnolia Hotshots. All the others seems new to me.
For me, Barangay Ginebra and TNT Katropa will be at the disadvantage of the Commissioner's Cup since they have a smaller import compare to the other team and i don't think their talent could offset the size disadvantage.
It seems like that will be the case for the TNT, but the thing is, after his heroic performance during the Governor's Cup, the team can't just switch to a new import just like that because that might affect RHJ and his loyalty to the team as well.
Aside from the 3 that you said, I'm also a bit familiar with Quincy Miller because he also became an import for the Converge a few seasons ago. It's good for the management that they already removed the height limit for Governor's Cup, but I expected way taller players (like the 7-footers at least).
Yeh, I was hoping for an independent team to reach the finals and eyeing for ROS as they are really doing well binding their players and with the mentorship of coach Yeng he might bring back the old glory days where they are able to reach the top and win a title, King's capabilities really fit for the ROS as like you said he's like THJ and JBL which will always do his best to help the team, with that kind of mentality and with the young and determinated group of players like ROS that combination can create a competitive squad.
Right now, only ROS is the independent team that I can consider "has a good system" since they have a good coach in Yeng Guiao. I really thought that they can defeat the TNT during the Governor's Cup, but they're too much for them. I believe the ROS' roster is composed of young players and if I do hope that an independent team will at least reach the PBA Finals like you said because like what I said in the past, the league is becoming a duopoly already between the MVP and SMC teams and that's what makes the league so BORING. The competitiveness is diminishing season after season.
