They just need to win Game 2, and maybe they'll have a chance to show that they have a decent shot at beating TNT in this series.

last match between Tnt Topang GiGa vs Meralco Bolts we saw a very good performance my the Tropa they make a way to limit McDaniel which is pretty good because we all know once this young player have a chance to handle the ball then if he think that the defense of their opponent are not strong this Daniels will drive trough the basket and sometimes finish with a slam. And the good thing for TNT is that they make a way to counter the meralco's plan.

The good thing for TNT is most of those stars are playing decent and contribute so well, they limit the defense while making sure that they will take care of the offense, that's the best advantage when you have core players who will share the ball and make a good offense to seal the win, we don't know what kind of adjustment Meralco will do to counter the system of TNT.

But expect that they will bring something to fight back and try winning game/s from this series.

TNT is clogging the paint, which is giving McDaniels problems in producing points in the paint. They are allowing him to shoot from the outside since his average is very low, and when he is not making shots outside and struggling inside, that can lower his confidence, which is what we saw in that game.

However, I noticed that he is not the same anymore. It seems like he might have an injury that he is just carrying in order to play with the Bolts. I have seen his past highlights, and he is very aggressive and a high-flyer, which is not evident in his time with the Meralco Bolts.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is still undefeated since he went on as the import of the TNT. He isn't a prolific scorer like other imports, but it's good to see other TNT local players helping him offensively. He isn't like Franklin, or Jordan Williams, or Hudson who is scoring more than 30 or even 40, but he's an all around player. He can shoot, but at the same time he can also play inside the paint and knows how to pass as well. I think this will go 2-0 favoring the TNT.

He has now become a triple-double machine. In the last game, he contributed 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 13 assists. That's a very impressive stat line for an import, and the 13 assists show how good of a team player he is. Additionally, his field goal percentage is high at 50%.

Perhaps he was challenged by Brownlee and wants to beat him, so he will do his best to win and advance to the finals.

And mind you, this guy also wants to become a naturalized player.

I like the TNT spread more because it's high. We will likely see a repeat of the same result in Game 1, as Meralco's import is struggling and is very inconsistent. Moreover, we know that Meralco's local players are not as good as TNT's. Therefore, I believe that -5.5 is an easy spread for TNT to cover.

As for the second game, I am still doubtful as SMB was able to mount a big comeback in Game 1 after a huge deficit, they still have a chance to even the series.

I actually saw some big improvement from Magnolia, their 3 point shooting have improve because other players can also shoot consistent 3 points, they are not relying so much on Paul Lee.

Magnolia improved a lot but they always get chocked by other team, even on previous conference where they are on the top seed and yet lose the chance to go into the finals. Anyway, we have to move on now and focus on Meralco vs TNT. TNT are just too strong to handle, let’s just see of there will be changes on the game plays of Meralco in Game 2, I’ll make a bet for game 3 instead.

Unfortunately, there is no upset in this game. TNT is too strong for Meralco to beat. If TNT stays healthy until the Finals, they have a good chance of getting the Championship. Their chemistry with their import is very good.

A good competition between two solid squads, I'm not concluding the outcome yet but I also wanted to see both teams facing each other in the finals, though I'm a SMB fan but the greatness that Gin kings showing right now, they've got CStand as a good advantage, very strong and very active center/forward which his presence inside is really something that giving Gin kings a big advantage.

Fajardo/Romeo less SMB can still pull a trigger and win a game against their sister company but at the end of the series I will prefer to see Gin kings vs TNT!

That first game between the 2 has been a one-sided match I should say. A dominating win for the TNT. I don't think Meralco have the pieces to defeat TNT right now. I mean they're a star-studded team as well like SMB or Ginebra out there, so I predict that TNT will win on this series in 4 games. It was a collective effort for the TNT as 5 players scored in double digits lead by their import who has 22 points. Their import, Hollis-Jefferson really isn't a good three-point shooter as he isn't attempting that much, but he's a great one in terms of perimeter shooting.
