I'm really amazed at this new team Converge. Even on their debut at the last conference they really show competitiveness against any teams in the league. I see this team will be one of the independent teams that will soon rise to the top if they maintain that kind of performance.
Hopefully, they will be able to maintain the competitiveness that they are showing now, with how the rotations have been design I really believe that the coach influence is really something that will bring this team to a much higher position in this league.
Though it's too early to conclude their fate, they have a lot of games to come, building and establishing chemistries do need time and practices, most of the players are still young and with how coach Ayo is towering his young cores, I can see them resurrecting the original /former franchise owner Alaska milk. Hope to see them winning a title.
So the locals has to step up the game and not allow that 10 point deficit to stop them as they made a huge comeback and maintain their composure to took the game away from Converge. But still they have to check what's wrong with their import, yes this is a win, but in other games, they will really have to rely to their import to seal the win for them in close games.
Impressive adjustment by the locals to help with that late rally run sealed the win.
However, in terms of roster comparison, Magnolia shouldn't be supposed to be shown struggling against Converge.
If things will always end like that, they will surely have a hard time winning against top teams.
The reason why they win the game, because of the locals as even Converge's import is really bringing them big damage, good thing that the locals of Magnolia performs well and help their struggling import, they snatch the win in the last few minutes of the game. But yes, Magnolia's locals are far superior to the young roster of Converge.
