Kelly Williams's comeback from retirement was also a big help for the TNT roster, they have a big man who has been in many battles and in game 7 he really showed up and help the team for this big win. Now that we have a Coquangco vs Pangilinan in the PBA Finals, it will be a fair game that everyone would like to see, I hope it will be another game 7 but a more competitive or a close game compared to this series.

Time to complete this by winning another title for TNT. There's no doubt after watching the game TNT
really gives everything and they deserve this win, SMB good start didn't last long, after TNT gained the
momentum, each player inside really plays hard and contributes.

Not only by scoring but also by moving according to each gameplay, coach Chot maximizes the rotations
and it's really showcasing brilliant minds of this coach.

@mirakal, the picture looks like the SMB have celebrated the win. I think the picture was not in the game 7 picture, it was just posted for fun.

Congrats to the TNT, they won the battle in 7 games and it's a big success for coach chot as well as TNT reach to the Finals in the same year of his come back in coaching.

I read that SMB has never lost game 7, not anymore.

TNT dedicated their effort to dismantling the SMB and they successfully do it in game 7.
The contribution came from different players, it's not a one-man team, unlike the SMB where they mostly rely on JMF.

Time to go to Boracay for the SMB, LOL.

SMB really got the pace in the first quarter but they lose their momentum in the second quarter and the fact that most of their all-star players got some injuries and early foul trouble, TNT really took advantage of it and give Coach Leo Austria his first Game 7 loss in his SMB coaching career.

I'm also thinking, what if JMF didn't get into foul trouble. What if Mo, Romeo and Perez didn't get those injuries. Will they win the series but.. a win is a win and those are part of the game. TNT Vs. MAG in PBA Finals . At least we will not see a SMC Vs. SMC right now since it is SMC Vs. MVP .

I also see this post from Snow Badua regarding B-league eyeing PBA players such as Aguilar, C-Stan and even JMF. Also IIRC, even Mark Dickel (former coach of TNT) is now at the B-league (forgot the position).

Well, there is nothing wrong if those players will really go to B-league. There are no rules saying that a player is prohibited to play outside the country as long as the player has no contract anymore in their team. If this happens (hope not), it will make a huge domino effect for sure. We've seen the effect of Thirdy going to the B-league. Players from our country that still can't play into the PBA went to B-league to play, have more experience and earn more money. Even Kiefer and Ray Parks went to B-league because of the same reasons. I don't think though that it will be the beginning of the end of PBA. If there will be some PBA players that will go to B-League, it will be an opportunities for other PH players to showcase their skills in PBA .

They played with heart and passion, the series was a roller coaster but it was a fun series though.

I believe it's a good offer, these guys have to carefully evaluate everything, they are not getting any younger so it means their playing time in the PBA is already short. C. Stand might grab it, I'm not sure with Japeth though but that kind of offer is hard to resist.

Congrats to all the TNT backers here. Their 3-point shooting did tow them to the Finals this time and though I lose my bet but just happy on the other hand that it is not an all SMC team in the finals. Too early to predict but IMO, this series is a 50-50 as there is no clear advantage to either team.

Off-topic a bit, Japan B-league is eyeing PBA players to be in their league and rumors have it that Japeth Aguilar and Christian Standhardinger have lucrative offers to play for them. Japeth is offered 3M Php a month, far from that 900K Php (including bonus) that he currently receives.

Also, they are closely monitoring Junemar and might offer the biggest money to him as he is dominant and popular. This could be the beginning of the end of PBA, what do you think guys?

SMB failed to make an adjustment and TNT were able to continue their lead and dominate the game.

Congratulations to the TNT backers, I was expecting a close game but it did not happen, though it's not a high-scoring game it's pretty well dominated by the TNT. Fajardo did his best but was not able to get the help that he needed to fight for the team, Tautua only scored 2 points, this is a downgrade of his previous game, but no excuses, TNT deserve this win as they work hard for this from the start of the conference.

The halftime score is 45-36, 9 points lead by TNT, they have to hold on as SMB are good in coming back and winning the game. Kelly Williams is scoring with 11 points already, this is rare, so I think TNT had a great chance of winning here as they have a great start and their big man is scoring. Let's see how SMB will adjust in the 2nd half, they need a good 3rd quarter run, otherwise, they'll gas out in the 4th.

Get your focus now on game 7 of SMB  vs TNT.

I'm currently seeing a close game and a very defensive type of game, the scoring is low, so I think those who bet on the under are smiling now already.

Good luck, hopefully, SMB will come back in the 2nd half as that's where they are good at.

I'm seeing the other way. They will explode more on their final game rather than play slowly because there's no room now for being comfortable and relaxed.

As much as possible, teams will try to make a quick rally at the first like what they are doing in their previous games where being down in a big lead entering the half has a chance to win the game. The game will be close but it doesn't mean a low-scoring phase.

Since the upcoming game is a do-or-die, the pressure will somehow change the team's behaviour and performance different from what happened from Game 1 to Game 6 where win-loss is alternate and we are seeing big leads. Here in the upcoming final game on the semi-finals, I'm expecting all players will feel more pumped and careful not to get too behind from a possible big lead scoring. I'm seeing Game 7 as a close game so I might put a bet for handicap instead.

See-saw pattern or Samalona, that is how it's called in our place. No team won consecutive games and if you have followed that then you must have won an ample amount of money if you really are a gambler. I have profited in this series already since I bet bigger for SMB whenever they lose  .

But game 7 would be different, it's a pressure-packed game where players are gun shy usually, afraid of missing so this is the time where veterans usually come in. Cabagnot, Ross, Fajardo, and the rest of the death five of SMB have been through this a lot thus giving them the advantage in this situation and like some other users have said here, this would be a slow-paced game and a low scoring one so an under 190 bet usually wins.

In game 7, the refs would usually allow them to play physical as they know it's a very important game for teams and we've seen that many times,  players complain about no calls when refs are calling fouls easily but if they notice that the refs are not calling fouls, then they will just go on with the play and it will be a physical play.

At the start of the series AFAIR, over/under was around 160-170 points only, but when both teams were hitting shots and consistently bringing the game to over, that's when the oddsmaker adjust the odds, so pretty much the trend is over but in game 7, I took an exemption and will go for the under.

Good point, but if this game will go to OT, then most likely the over will be hit easily. When the game is physical, it will only go under if the refs will not be calling fouls easily, with the over/under of 188.5 now, I think the bookies are expecting another high-scoring game.

I'm looking at the odds now and I like this odds, SMB - 0.5 2nd half. I like it because SMB would usually have a good run in the 2nd half.

I don't see they will explode in this game, it will be a close game where the scoring is low, every position is very important so they will slow down the pace I believe and the play will be more physical. In this game 7, I think the SMB will win the battle if the pace is slow since it gives JMF the advantage and the SMB will take most of the rebounding opportunity.

I also see the possibilities of having an OT, those dominated games already passed adjustments from both sides will be seen this coming do or die game, all the stars will help each other to try winning this series,

A game of talent and determination from two talented coaches, being a bias and will take side for SMB but like you, I also don't care if happened that I've got some spare coin to bet and my pick lose as long as I see SMB play the type of game they usually have it's more than okay to me.

Pressures between these two teams are really expected. They are now in the final game of this series and anything can happen, might be TNT to break SMB's history, not losing in game 7 since coach Leo's era.

Both teams feel pressured now since losing will sent them home different from previous games where if they will lose, there's still another game. No bounce back now as the series will end tomorrow. Looking forward to KaTropa winning the series for a change in the Finals Matchup. It's time now for MVP Company to win an All-Filipino Title that was dominated by San Miguel Company teams every season.

O/U is not bad. If both teams explode, it's not hard to break that odd. It's pride between these two teams that will inspire players and coaches to
do the very best that they can to win.

Important stars of SMB and TNT must step forward. The key players are in need to standup and bring everything to the best level that they can.

Well, we've seen this kind of situation many times already so nothing new with it.
There are some times that people see it boring but I don't think that isn't the case most of the time. In fact I still remember when Ginebra and SMB face each other in a regular season years ago, there are many fans watching the game to the point that the arena is almost full of audiences. I miss that moment though. Its these companies that ruined the competitiveness of the game.

SMB hasn't lost in a Game 7 but it doesn't mean that they will automatically win the series already . I would love to see them going to the PBA Finals though (fan here) but if TNT will advance and break the streak then it will be fine for me. Its good to watch TNT games too at least for me.
