Also, we should not forget that the first time Mikey Williams played with the TNT, they already won a championship IIRC.

During that time TNT is one of favorite team to win a title and they perform good and satisfy their fans since they are fun to watch the. Now their star players are out of prime and the other one still finding his self then trying to figure out if he can still get more decent pay cuts. Although they have good young players in their team but I think this is not enough especially SMB teams is full of young talents.

Farm teams are created for the purpose, and that is only to farm potential player that will eventually be traded to the strong teams. They might have started strong like what we've seen so far, but I doubt they'll be in the championship since no "farm team" has reach a championship yet.

PBA start to collapsed when farm team has been added on the league and its like people know already what's cooking inside of those team that's why many fans are now not watching PBA since somehow they make the league so boring and they always take those favor asked by those billionaires.

The loss was really huge for the team since he is their best player, without him they will struggle as they don't have a lot of players that could bring some firepower to win. ~~Low scoring game, should have favored the Bolts buts since Newsome was out,~~ they were not able to do that. I wasn't also aware that he was out, you know, PBA does not have an update regarding that or I just didn't check, i was just curiuos why they were the underdog seeing the live betting odds.

Edit : I have checked the boxscore fo the game and I saw his name on the list, Newsome actually played 32 minutes but only contributed 15 points.

That manipulation rumors has been here for a while, it will never disappear as there are some bettors who don't like the outcome of the game they are betting. Actually, only bettors think of manipulation or rigging games, pure fans are just probably enjoying the game.

Anyway, let's go back to the game, the first game is over and Meralco loss, no Newsome, that's the reason why... On the 2nd game, it will be between Ginebra and Phoenix, I have already risk my money on Phoenix to win, and have some specials for bigger odds, Phoenix to win by 6-10, and 11+... Either one of the bets will hit, I'm still in profit, so hopefully Ginebra will lose.

Yeah he puts all the hate in this game hahaha, but kidding aside he's really an athletic player and now that he's putting his numbers and his teammates are really supporting him we might see more from Malonzo I guess CTC is unleashing him, I mean he's already a great supporting cast of the Gin kings but what we've seen is something that coach Tim is very good at' building and establishing stars to reach his full potential, with a healthy Japeth and CStand I'm pretty sure they are up to compete for another title.

On the other side, Berto exploded and again carry his team, that same intensity that he provide before looking forward for more exciting and entertaining game from him.

NLEX had finally found a true leader of this team, for another game, Bollick led the team for this big win and now he gets even better with 46 points from 17-26 shooting... That's very accurate, you can ask where's the defense, looks like they don't know him, he is a bomb and anytime could explode. And with that win, NLEX move to the rank 3 with 3-1, win-loss record.

No question, he's been balling now and his teammates are trusting him to lead the team. I think he has a chance to compete for the MVP award if he keep his consistency high, scoring 20+ per game an average is already enough but also has to consider the ranking of his team and that means he needs to keep helping the team to win. Having a good 3-1 record, that's already an impressive start, and since Bollick has adjusted well with the necessary chemistry, there's no doubt about their sucess this All Filipino Cup.

I haven't check the spread yet but I'm incline to bet on the well rested team, forget about the rust got Ginebra and Phoenix, will be taking a parlay on the moneyline.

Hope to see a blowout win for Ginebra as I'm considering the spread as well.

Phoenix fell short while gin kings managed to win, it's really tough when playing parlay as if you missed one then you lose your bet, though I can see your point since they are well rested they have the fresh legs here, but, NP still hot after that win against Converge they are able to take this game away from Phoenix, that early 1st half lead gave them decent margin to take this game, even Phoenix did try to make a rally but they'll runout of time to snatch this game against NP.

While in the second game, there's no problem with the favorite, RoS can't handle the hot hands of Malonzo, No scottie, no problem as Gin kings manage to take their first game with a win.

That's the game for parlay, you missed one you lose the bet. But the good thing is you don't need to bet big to win big, but the risk is high and the chances are low. You need to be lucky to win, and for me, I'm not doing parlay on a regular basis, I'm more focus on one bet with the spread, just like how serious gamblers are doing.

Ginebra wins the game but they just did enough to cover the spread since they won by 6 points. I hope bettors does not experiment by incresing spread for better payout as -6.5 means a losing bet.

Malonzo the contoversial guy led the Ginebra on this win with 32 points. big game for him.

I think It will be Ginebra winning the 2nd game, they are -5.5 now, hopefully they'll dominate for an easy win. I might just wait for the live betting here, it's hard to trust nowadays, you know it's PBA, nothing is impossible, even bad teams could look good.

You can't blame people talking about the farm team as it has been rampant in the PBA and it's already a well known rumor. We just have to accept that these farm teams are only their to play but not to compete at a high level, why? because they can't since their players are below average compared to the other legitimate teams. It's so disappointing but that has been how the PBA has been working so far, they are contented with it, and they are not making a changes despite the dislike of the fans.

I understand but it's just disappointing that they have no plan on improving the league when other leagues are trying to make theirs better. This is the result of politics within the league that the people who are running it are under the influence of the giant team owners. We can't deny the fact that SMB and TNT owners are the people behind or in control of the PBA, because without them, this league won't be able to get a good venue and pay the players with a decent salary. It's just that we are not moving at the right direction, and that's the reason why the number of teams are still limited until now.

They are back with vengeance and will try to correct their mistake last season, they exit early and now they are trying to be back in the Finals again. With the same line up, I hope they'll be able to create the fight bond already especially Ahamnissi who sometimes is out of sync based on my observation.

I'll support you with your prediction on Ginebra winning by blowout, as first game is very imporatant, they should make a strong statement.
