LeGaulois, where did you get such data on the [banned mixer] mixer?

⭐Name: [banned mixer]
🔹Fees:  from 0.2% to 0.4% + 0.0002 BTC

There, the service commission ranges from 0.4% to 5%:

0.2% can only go to those who were given a tumbler-code with a 50% discount, that is, the winners of various competitions that were held on this forum. For all, the minimum level is 0.4%.

Does this only 0.4% fee makes the Tumblers, the most cheapest and yet most effective mixer that can be used by an average person ?

As i see the reviews in the review campaign were satisfactory.

From my PM
But I have apparently misunderstood something

Since it's still possible to get a discount on the 0.4%, perhaps editing with:
🔹Fees: from 0.4% to 5% + 0.0002 BTC (Discount from 10% to 50% for returning customers)

is a more accurate description

Going to update it now

But there is still a possibility to get a discount on the basic 0.4%, so this information is correct.
Maybe LeGaulois can add some kind of footnote for such cases. Just enough for users to be informed that it is necessary to fulfil certain criteria for the lowest fee.
If edited and replaced with something like 'first time fee' and below it, 'discount fee' will be good. It will be good because if someone uses the mixer for the first time, the person would be given tumbler code which he can use next time for mixing in a way he would be charged just the discount fee.

For 99.999% of mixer users, these commissions are not available, since such transactions are rare.

This reminds me of the ads on TV that show prices and then find out that in order to get that value, the buyer has to meet a lot of conditions.

I totally agree with you on this, I'm not a fan of "up to" offers.

Low fees, i.e. discounts up to 50%, not exclusively as a reward for forum users it is available to everyone under certain conditions. Additional discounts can be obtained depending on the total amount you mix through the service.

Here are the tables https://[banned mixer]/fee

Fees: from 0.2 to 2.4% + 0.0005 BTC + the network fees
The current Mixero fee which I have been seen since I joined their campaign is different.

The fee is 0.7% to 4.7% + 0.0003 BTC + the network fees

For advanced (monero bridge): 1.9%

I believe people that are using a mixer will be able to know that going for the lowest fee and delaying time is the best for privacy. Although not to be too delayed.

Which mixer is the most reliable and trusted now? If I had to mix large amount what would be the best choice?
Decentralized options are safest option especially for larger amount of coins, something like original Coinjoin is good, or even better option is Joinmarket, but it's a bit more complicated to use.
You need to run your own bitcoin node, there is no central coordinator, no central point of failure, and everything is free.
Maybe you should start by researching jamapp.org website for modern Joinmarket interface.

When I was choosing the signature campaign, after checking most of the mixers, I chose Sinbad as the most reliable. I am still of that opinion, although certainly, the others currently active deserve respect for now.
Why choosing Sinbad as the most reliable that other do not have? Although, I do recommend Sinbad as well.

I will choose coinjoin mixers on noncustodial wallet as the most reliable. I mean those like Whirlpool on Sparrow and Samourai wallet or the Jointmarket if running your own node. I choose them because they are decentralized.

Although, if using the centralized mixer onion link on Tor browser, they are good too. One of the mixers that I have reviewed before even before I join their signature campaign is mixero. Mixero even has conversion from bitcoin to monero and back to bitcoin, or receiving bitcoin and sending mixed coin, depending on how the person that want to mix wants it.

But other mixers on LeGaulois (OP) posts are good. But the best advice is for anyone that wants to mix huge amount of bitcoin is not to send it at ones, but mix it one after the other. There is nothing bad to also use the process of using different mixers to explore which one will be the best for him that he will use next time.

If you ever decide to mix a larger amount, no matter which mixer you choose, I suggest you do it in several transactions. I am absolutely a supporter of not putting all your eggs in one basket.

The one advertised on my profile   Tongue

To give an answer, difficult to choose who's the best, it depends on your needs too. All I can say is [banned mixer], [banned mixer], [banned mixer], Coinnomize.biz are the oldest mixers around with tracking records. Of course, to be a new mixer doesn't mean to be a bad one. After all, every business starts from zero, every business deserves a chance.

For a large amount, I would probably use more than one mixer, but for sure I wouldn't send a large amount in 1 shot.

Go to the OP and choose the one that is (or the ones) that are best for you. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2023-list-bitcoin-mixers-bitcoin-tumblers-websites-2827109

Advice:
You do not necessarily have to use a single mixer for mixing all your coins. You can divide the coin and use different mixers for it. Or divide it and use the same mixer to mix it one after the other.

I posted a wrong information, [banned mixer] is using DDoS-Guard.net, and since the begining. (shame on me)

Stress test doesn't really exist, if I can say. Attackers know the limits they can push. They're used to ddos websites since it's their business.
There isn't really any use to test a website when you know it is using DDoS-Guard.

(As I've already mentionned before), this tendancy to attack bitcoin mixers is now here since the closure of Chipmixer. I probably can say that all mixers created since then have been attacked (often from the day 1).
Not that DDOS & co didn't exist before but it used to be different. Mixers were bombed from time to time, but not like this, and not with new sites either.

The number of attacking IPs is low to me. [banned mixer] was bombed with over 100,000 IPs, and not only that.
Either the attacker is on a low budget or is a newbie in ddos'ing websites.

A new mixer is here

⭐Name: [banned mixer]
🔹Clearnet link: https://[banned mixer]
🔹Tor link: [banned mixer]
🔹Bitcointalk thread link: here
🔹Fees:  from 1% to 5% + 0.0005 BTC
🔹Minimum amount: 0.001
🔹Cloudflare/Ddos-guard.net: No

Interesting, something that's sadly now usual. A few hours after the service was introduced to the forum, the service started to get hit with a DDOS attack. A lot smaller attack compared to what some services got but still.
So now, if someone is launching a new mixer, he should be prepared to be DDOS'ed before coming to Bitcointalk

Judging by what was written from the official [banned mixer] forum account, it seems that it was just some kind of stress test. I hope that's all because as far as I can see, everything is working fine with them now.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you for the stress test!

15836600 requests, it turns out we have competition... at first glance there wasn't any  Wink

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
- Blindmixer.com is back, so I will add it again to the list. (look like they renewed the domain name)
It looks like they just decided to shut down their service according to this announcement. Maybe the renewal was to let clients access the site and be able to make withdrawals.

Dear all, the current maintainers of blindmixer have decided to no longer continue.

Please withdraw your money from the current custodian before October 1 2023.

If you have issues, do not email, post them here.

Kind regards,

The deadline seems very narrow for a service where clients won't be able to get notifications about the shutdown via any channel, let say an email address.

- [banned mixer] is avalaible to me, on both clearnet and darkweb. I updated the onion URL because they changed it about a week ago (see here)
thanks @Bitcoin_Arena

- Mixer1.money: I changed the name to [banned mixer] and the link because
1) the domain redirection (as I posted above)
2) their provider does it too on their list

Thormixer, they announced that they have a new onion address about a week ago
New Tor mirror: http://[banned mixer]

However, both onion sites are not found at the moment. The clearnet is also pretty messed up. I am being blocked, it could be happening to many other people.

Could it mean the old mixer collapsed and someone new bought off both domains?
As far as I know, it now belongs to Jambler.

And [banned mixer] was an old mixer (a topic can be found at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/banned-mixer-bitcoin-mixer-bitcoin-1725308)
The whois hasn't changed since
Registered On2021-12-20
Updated On2023-02-03
I wonder how this is possible yet the Wayback Machine archive shows that the domain existed way before 2021 - https://web.archive.org/web/20170921025750/https://[banned mixer]/
I always had a perception that once a domain name is registered, sites like whois only recognize the first date it was registered.

And now what we see is the 2 domains were registered in 2021, one in September, the other in December. Could it mean the old mixer collapsed and someone new bought off both domains?

The old mixer also said this on their site "bitcoin mixer 2.0"
