if you before investing has done a lot of research and you are very confident in altcoin that you will make an investment then it is a very right decision because when the market grows you will get many benefits on altcoin but if you just follow the filing without doing research then you should ready to lose all the money you have

Hi,
the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.

But  i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk  by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

Thanks

As long as the coins you buy have great potential, a great team of developers, and strong support behind them, I don't think you should worry. Because everything will work out fine, all you have to do is hold and sell when the price goes beyond the purchase price the most important thing is you don't panic.
Yes, I like your opinion because many people when talking about putting all the money in an altcoin, they always feel it is too dangerous and crazy but that's just the case with altcoin without the potential and the future. With a good altcoin and possession of the conditions to get a good future, put all the money into it, the risk is certainly but it will not too risky as many people imagine, instead of choosing 2 or 3 coin garbage and bullshit, why do not we choose a good altcoin to invest, we should remember that we are an investor, we always need to have recklessness and madness to a certain degree, should not be too shy

You can put all money in one coin. Maybe everything will be fine. Maybe you will be lucky 2-3 times in a row. But sooner or later you will regret.

That is very risky. You are crazy if you invest all of your money in one altcoin only. Because for example you invested in one altcoins and all of your money there and the coin become dead your money lose so better if you have support.

It is very important that what is that single coin you invested?
I would invest a coin like ETH, NEO, EOS, ADA, XLM... all in but if it is a bad coin, this is too risky.

If your budget is small and have enough information, you can put all your money in one coin. If you succeed, you will get high profit and spend it to reinvest in other coins

The biggest risk is panic, your coin will experience various conditions so that your patience is really tested.
because the thing that most affects alt coin trading is emotion.
and greed will make you lose

yes it is more than risky, what if the altcoin crashes? or the developers sold all their coins? what are you gonna do if the price of your token drops by more than 50 percent? That is why i am always trying to diversify my money

Any Crypto investment is already risky enough and you'll increase that risk by putting all in 1 altcoin. You just can go bankrupt
Yeah it's a wise strategy if you can diversify your investment into many coins as we don't know which coins will make a pumps and if you have many coins you have a higher chance that you can recover your loses if the market will make a downfall.

If you give all your coins on only 1 project it is very risky.
Although the project is good there is a concern to do all the coins.
My suggestion should be for 1 project do invest 2-4 coins only. And divide your coins into some projects that have good potential and have a good reputation.

In my opinion, this is very risky because you are only fixated on 1 coin only.
in my opinion you should find 2-3 coins for you investments, and divide the amount into 2 or 3 parts and invest.

ALL IN, is to risky eversince the trading market is created, my reason is that do not depend on the single opportunity, you need to scatter all you r investments, what i mean is dont put all your eggs in one basket, if it fail, you also fail., it doesnt mean that the good coin today is still a good coin few months from now, but if i were you, if wanted to invest for long term use, go for top 10 coins on the coinmarketcap, from there you have the assurance that your invested money are still there.

Have a good day

How wise we are while investing also have the protection in accordance with the capacity we need. "Do not Put Eggs In one basket", that is, the words that should always be remembered by the Investor. As investors we don't want to fall on the stairs and hard to wake up again. then investors generally divide their investment portfolio into various fields.

Having all your money in one altcoin isn't a bad thing if you don't have a big amount of money to work with.

I'm all in the coin AMB and it's one of the best investments anybody can make right now IMO. The team is making excellent progress on the platform and buying an AMB masternode is a steal at current prices.

Unless you have seen that alt with a very good project that has a practical use in the real world scenario I won't advise you to invest all your money in it. Spreading out your investment has always been a safe way of investing. Besides, there is no single best product/project in the world.

This could have been done in 2017. however, if it was sold in the first week of 2018, there would be a huge gain. it's too risky to do that right now. the future of altcoins is unknown. but it's hard to say for quality projects.

There are a lot of potential altcoins that can have a good run this year specially at the end of the year. You just have to look at the top then altcoins and I'm sure that you will have a good idea on which coin to invest right now and just hold on it for the next 6 months. Although the market has changed a lot because of so much regulations, we can still potentially earn money by going into altcoins. You don't need to look further as the top 10 coins will really do good this year.

You said it already and yes i believe that investing or putting your money in  just a single alt coin is quite risky. Why not diversify your investment because the more alt coins you have, the higher the chance of having a better profit and the lesser the risk of losing money.
