Making money since I was in the womb! @emc2whale

Fiaz, That is all nice and well but the pictures were taken yesterday, not "quite old" as you say.

Care to run out and take some pics yourself from outside the building, looking in, just like the pictures supposedly taken yesterday.

Nope, timestamp on the photo's is: 10-1-2014 15:51:01

On what photo?

The originals posted to http://imgur.com/a/Cd0Gb

Thanks for clearing that up.

people in the uk need remeber that the asic will be well over 6k with the vat.

It would cost at least 12k to build a gpu mining rig in the uk for 25mh/s.

If you are VAT registered like me it isn't an issue.

I hope to be running both in parallel.

but you can sell your rigs for at least 60% of original price, more money begin with but less risky

GPU or ASIC, I want to mine until it breaks, a broken GPU and a broken ASIC has the same value.

Fiaz, care to explain this, its not to inspiring my friend.

Hi there, firstly just to reiterate our office is for project management purposes, all units are manufactured in Bangalore. Now on to those pictures, our office wasn’t finished at the time they were taken, so they are quite old and as such irrelevant. In the interest of transparency and as a gesture of goodwill for the community I have decided to take a few quick photos of us:

Kind regards,

Fiaz.

SCAM. In good case scenario it will be just a vaporware when it get delivered.

Come on don't send any money to those losers. Look at the youtube video it speaks for itself.

these actually cost 2x what a GPU rig would cost.

How do you work that out ? 25 x r9 290's cost almot 10k and that's assumign you can run them at 1mh/s each.

Because you don't need R9's to reach 25mh, there are more cost effective ways. I'm almost at 25mh and I'm not at 10k/usd. And I don't think you're examining the full price of these units in USD. Depending on the unit, these are 1.5-2x similar GPU units, but the biggest benefit is the cut in wattage.

problem is with these asic is that if everything crypto goes bad, your asic miner has no resale value! 5k down the drain

the equivilent cost of building a 25mh/s gpu rig is twice the price, but, you can actually sell your rigs when your finished, so in the end you've technically payed the same for the gpu rig which can be used for many more years than an obsolete asic miner.

just a thought

With the level of efficiency they claim, I would imagine it not to be too loud, especially consdering some of the competing equipment I've seen lately which was passively cooled without issue.

I do like silence though, my 2.5mh rigs are around 19db, which is nearly silent.

I'd settle for loud as long as it's efficient. It can sit quite happily in my rack with the other kit huming away.
