It all depends on the altcoin. You should first see if the altcoin you want has any potential in the long run. Then you weigh up the risks and buy.

This alive as of now and many people are still holding and adopting it.. every month i always heard that name here in our forum.. and i think many people are still waiting for boom of that goldcoin.. i collected it before and sell to someone here before..

I would suggest you to go for Ripple, it is at about $0.5 only and thus there is lot of scope for growth. It was at about $3 on its peak and thus it should reach this mark in next 6 months easily.

If you plan to invest in a short term, then I advise you to buy ETH and hold coins until the end of the year.

Yes Altcoins are worth buying if  we back from year 2015 because at this time cryptocurrency investment is very hot and only people knows and almost all crypto are rapidly increasing its market value.

in my opinion, not all altcoins die, there are also good altcoins, for that be careful in buying altcoins for investment

Altcoins with future use
1. Electroneum (ETNX)
2. Newton Coin Project (NCP)
3. Action Coin (ACTN)

I will investigate more about, but i don see why this coin wont reach 500k sat at least.
You must look at their topic they are more active than DASH.

For us, the worthy coins we buy for more profit, I think ethereum and bitcoin, for us it's very easy to make a lot of profits both in the long run and in the short term.
