for me altcoins that have a good future are ethereum and ripple, for long-term investments both coins have good prospects. I don't think there is currently an altcoin that has increased. so I think it's better for us to hold it first than to use it as daily trading. because everything in my opinion is not necessarily the best decision for now.

that work only to unclearly coins.but if we hold potential coins such as eth , ripple , eos, ont and many others we could gain profit in future.and i am agree with your opinion we have to set our profit target, so we will not hold it forever.

I think you should go with ethereum for a long time holding. You can also consider litecoin, ripple, or dash. If you want more options to choose from, check the top 100 altcoins in coinmarket cap. From there, make a decision based from volume, market cap, value, previous performance, and demands.
so far I think ETH is still the best altcoin for long-term investment. significant price following bitcoin. I don't think there are altcoins as good as ETH.
