Well, your dreams and thoughts are very positive and hopeful in the future but unfortunately, I will probably ruin your dream because the situation and the development of this market in recent years, the graphs and figures we see are probably showing a downward trend, if you focus on analysis, you can see it, although recovery still occurs but it is very weak while the collapse is getting deeper and deeper. We really need to learn more about NEO cryptocurrency. It seems to me that NEO has all the chances to come in the top-5 altcoins. More and more people believe it. The other long-term alt to invest in is ETH.

Honestly for my own thoughts it is not a good idea to hodl for almost 2-3 years which we all know at anytime the value of altcoins will be zero.Much better we hodl ethereum and bitcoin in the future.

it is a very good way to keep the altcoint price you hold stable. but in my opinion it's a little long time. preferably with a long time you need to hold several other Altcoins, for example like Wafes, Daniel, and Tbe. Do not say for holding long period or the 2-3 years or the short period. If you really want to earn with crypto then buy new coin and hold until it gives you the profit. I have seen here that every coin must make you benefit at least once and then if it drops then going on so. And finally it seems it will never wake up again. Then if you are holding this coin you will become frustrate and sell it for no penny. So, hold wisely. I suggest you hold only the Top10 coin otherwise nothing.
