I'm looking to invest in a trustworthy Altcoin with a good team and project that I can hold for 1 years. Do you have any suggestions for what I should invest in and why?
The safest is still the BTC, and if you like to multiply the account that is safe, it can only be ETH. or any kind of top 20 coin that you like. Now is the time to buy. Coin has fallen too sharply.

Many good altcoin worth to hold at least 1 year. Ethereum, NEO, EOS, XRP, WAN is my choice to hold for long term. I am believe every person have their own favorite altcoin
If you have plan to hold more than 1 year or exact 1 year I will suggest to you to buy more ethereum, waves, litecoin and ripple that coin is trustworthy for me and I think you will have more money on that coin once you put or purchase that coins.
because the coin coin you mentioned has great potential so it has a chance to go up and you get a profit. holding coins that are potentially safer than fake coins, you are more alert. within a period of 1 year the possibility of getting big profits is very possible because in the future or maybe in the following year the market will change for the better and grow well. 
I think that the best and less risky option will be to buy bitcoin, in a year the price will make you happy, I’m not so sure about the rest of the coins, I see my flaws in each of them, you can’t be 100% sure.

Neo is a strong coin with great future and the price now is a gift. Believe me, after few years you will be more than satisfied because the price is going to be x10. Because NEO is an altcoin that promises to be a long-term investment. Buy this coin now because the NEO coin price is declining and reselling when prices start to recover or rise again. Many of the people have invested in this altcoin.

I once held a number of tokens and some recommended me to hold these tokens, but I had very little profit, only 1 or 2 tokens that showed an increase, but also what will happen in the future, it may take more than 1 year hold tokens so we get profit.

The problem is about who and what are the list of legit and has a potential to grow, since most of the project on this year 2018 is a bunch of scam and fraud works from those greed people. I think 80 percent of all the project count are useless, it's my own view. Hope no one is offended on it, what do you think?

Now I hold XRP and ETH, I'm sure the price will increase again, i see a growing community and lots of positive news about it. But I don't recommend it to you because it is your choice and i suggest you often find information and join the community because it is very important

I think altcoins which is good to hold for one year or more is ethereum because what i've seen in its potential, it is surely for bright future that can lead to a good profit. There are lots of good altcoins which is good for holdong but ethereum is much better in my opinion.
I think the next FOMO will come in 2019. This time it will be because of institutional money. Many experts are also predicting that 2019 would be the next year where we will see pumps and appreciations in price like 2017. So just wait for mid 2019 and hold potential tokens because they are the first to get pumped.
For me a trustworthy altcoins to invest are Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoins. These coins have a good potential growth even though market is in a deep situation. And i think it much better if you invest also in Bitcoin coz it has a bhuge value that in the future it can brings a huge profit.
It's very hard to predict the altcoins which will go to the moon in the future. Nevertheless, you should buy eth, its price is pretty low right now. And it has the potential to grow more in upcoming years. So holding it for the year will give you great profit.
You can buy doge coins, because in October the doge rose to 60%, doge also has super fast and cheap transactions and dogecoin prepares to climb to 10th rank of the coinmarketcap.
