That's for sure, Alt coin will grow well because it proves now can be said Altcoin is experiencing many developments and many developers. Altcoin is currently experiencing popular today.
I am not that bullish on Neo, it is far behing Ethereum, regarding the number of ICOs. Even Stellar, and Waves were chosen by more ICOs. Some of the new platforms seem also very promising.
Yes, I think Altcoin will grow undoubtedly but it take few times. I hope after April Altcoin will start recovering and it will continue if Bitcoin stay stable. A lot traders still interested about altcoin . Every Traders waiting to see Altcoin growing and earn good profit. There are a lot of good potential Altcoin that will grow more in 2018
Now I'm betting only on those coins that already earned trust among investors. These coins are in the top-20 and I think that they will go up.

Neo is dead ,rather focus on new ico like gcox acm
Its hard to say if altcoin will die or will survive this year. The only thing we can do now is to wait and hope that bigplayers and investors will trust and invest again in crypto. With this I think altcoin will grow again.
GCOX ACM currently under ICO stage. I think this project is very potential. probaably having 10 fold growth within a year time.
In my opinion, the most promising altcoins in September-October of this year are DragonCoin and ArkBlock. The price of these two tokens is strongly underestimated, in connection with which I expect their sharp growth in the coming days.
I believe that the altcoin will grow along with the blockchain, but I have not found too good altcoin this year. Although NEO looks good, ETH performs better!
At this point in time, I'm betting on the growth of such coins as: NEO, ADA, ICX, KIN, ZIL, ELF, CS and Waves. All of them have a strong team and demanded product.
NEO is indeed being one of the good options for investment. beyond that, there are many more options that can be taken such as ripple, stellar and also of Cardano. any options taken actually is a great asset in investing, it's just naturally strategies in play that must be considered in order to obtain results in accordance with expectations.
I think that the price will rise again in XRP. Although it may be difficult within the year, I would like to wait several years.
