No. AMHash, ASICMiner, and Friedcat are all long gone. Around mid February of 2015, FC 'disappeared' and all of the 'miners' being used by AMHash were also gone. At some point, AM and FC turned into a scam. Sorry for your loss.

The size of someone like FC's operation in China involved a lot of people, and assuredly some (If not most) of his customers were Chinese. If legal action is being threatened, I would check the Chinese threads regarding this, as they are probably well ahead of you. Of course, they may have hired assassin's to hunt him and down and kill him. They do business over there in different ways... Perhaps his fate has already been met. A shallow grave, marked by a rusting miner tombstone...
While i am sure you are correct in the part of most clients being over there that unfortunately does not do anything for the people in other places like me that i am in the usa

Fraud and embezzlement are really the best crimes to commit (if you're a crook) because you really never have to pay it back. You might do a little time, but what's a few months in jail when you've taken millions and millions of dollars?

Does anybody have any information which bank account(s) were used by Friedcat and/or his companies? I'm aware that it is common in China to use relative's or friend's accounts, however, even this information would be useful.

This AM company went out of business with a bang, scammed who they managed to scam and that is that...
Some generous coin developer could spare a few coins for the victims like that thing with PayCon™ Muggle Relief Fund™. There was a huge giveaway of CONs at forum.gethashing.com to GAW victims. Would be nice to have something similar for FC/AM victims, but I guess not to happen cause less resonance from this scam. Y'know, the scammers in China do their dirty job with less fireworks than in US.
Best of luck however if anyone goes after these bastards. I hope someday they get what they deserve...

At what stage are you stuck at? I got all AMHASHCL dividends on time and got amhash.com balance recently. It seems they are doing everything to "look" legit scam and following everything precisely.., I don't know.., maybe expecting somebody will believe their absurd fake stories about stolen miners etc. But this time I would think your troubles is because of some technical difficulties or miss communication , not our hashing provider's inherent scam philosophy 
they just transferred it to havelock about two weeks ago.. ive been emailing them for over a month.. come to find out they sent it to wrong email.. But now its all sitting in havelock and i have yet to receive anything from them..

i got the BIG FU 0 BTC and they are no longer answering emails aswell or are taking much longer than they used to now..

Yes, and as we remember organized garbage on these threads was proclaiming Amhash as about the only legit cloud mining operation on the planet while systematically attacking and slandering everything else. Understandably the traffic of this extortionist junk has decreased somewhat lately. Good riddance.
