I didn't have the opportunity to comment on the above because I was on a three day vacation (banned) for over-posting/bumping due to being compassionate about exposing these scammers like Joshua Zipkin of AMT, Alex Sovu of Black Arrow, and the let's-all-go-fuck-in-the-closet sex fiends (seriously, albeit it seems contrived) over at HashFast, to name a few.

To say that I'm quite pissed while these fucks continue - yes, they are continuing - to fuck over the bitcoin community outta millions more on top of what they already fleeced is an understatement.

He won't be there because he will be in cuffs. Josh I am sure is already aware of what I am referring to by this point. I already reached out to all of the known customers on the list and told them what they need to do. I have some pretty powerful help on the matter now. And this ends quicker once the customers he screwed speak up for themselves. And a few already have.

No not illegal, but can look silly unless its a sizable amount of people there, most people will not take a picket group seriously as it is. He crossed the line with me and a few other people. I already know more about him than he wants anyone to know. I just have not used that info. In fact when he sock puppeted as his real estate agent paul.augustine, that is when he outed me. He did not like that one bit. But that information is already publicly accessible as all I had to do was find out what Paul had sold, which turned out to be one of his two homes listed. so fair game. My address and all that was not until he made it so. I doubt he will be at the conference in Vegas in October. He is not that stupid. Well actually he has proven us wrong before on that front. If he does show up, well have your cameraphone out filming.

I have not sunk to his level by posting his home address nor will I (I have both of them in PA with his known associates and relatives addresses as well). I am VERY good at getting the information I need. BUT I won't sink to his level and expose it on the internet. No....I have forwarded the information to the correct authorities to handle the matter. When he sets foot in the states again he can deal with that. I am a bit more calculating and I know how to work within the system to get results plus I have my own connections that are assisting me, as agonizingly slow as it can be to get results. But I also know what it takes to deal with people like Zipkin. He thinks he is going to get away with all this. He claims he will be retaliating and sue me and some others. But in the long term it will destroy ANY scrap of credibility he will have because that is what he will be known for, suing his customers. And he loses because his words get used against him. The difference is I don't scare easy. He may have scared a few people over threats of not getting refunds if they say X. But for me it's not about the money any more. It's about making sure he never gets to make any more money lying to people ever again.

Hey we should start designing t-shirts. We'll make sure we can hit all the regional conferences we can that he's attending. Maybe make a nice booklet or pamphlet to hand out to interested customers. That could be some fun.

You want some real justice? JZ will be staying at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas from October 5-7. Why don't you attend the conference and stand at his booth every day pointing and telling anyone that walks by how he ripped you off. It's not illegal, it will destroy any business he could get from attending and will drive a bug so far up his ass that he shits diamonds for a week. LOL

Thanks. It was never about "being right" or throwing this in peoples faces. I was really shocked at how many people took blind leaps of faith with a company like AMT. As time went on it became more apparent to those involved, but at the beginning it was like a battle royale consisting of AMT customers (who wanted it all to work out) and the non-customers, that would hop on the thead and say "What the fuck are you guys doing?"

I really wish this could work out for everyone involved. It's sad that someone like Joshua Zipkin can get away with fraud like this. Even if he were to get "busted", I'm sure most of the funds will be gone by then.

I guess it was a stretch to expect Joshua Zipkin to have a conscience.

That said, no one should relent in pursuing justice. Even if Joshua Zipkin ending up bankrupt and in prison: even without anyone getting a dime back: that ending is better than where we are now.
