So any association to Bulgaria is based on Joshua Zipkins words and used in reference to the place not his nationality. As far as I am concerned he is an United States national/citizen, which makes him subject to USA laws.

So you may want to quote where I mention him being Bulgarian or being bad because he is Bulgarian because I have not. These are things that need to be quoted if I indeed said them. Instead you quoted one of my last posts, instead you quoted my post about collusion. Make of that what you will.

My issue here is not hate. It's about making sure the bad actors in the mining community are permanently removed. If you are above board and all your actions are in accordance with US laws (as you do sell to people here you could be held liable), then there is nothing to worry about. But collusion means this was a concerted effort to rip off the customers. And Considering that there are a few bad actors with the same exact situation as AMT. I feel it is a matter worth some investigation. Again if you are doing nothing wrong and are confident of that position, then there is nothing to worry about.

If you have the occasional customer service issue (which I do see you have), those are understandable. But when your entire customer base is screaming for refunds and suing you, then there is something to be concerned about. For your own good (again I have no problems with you marto74) I would recommend you do not stand up for him. It will not help you.

The next couple of weeks are going to be interesting for us and the bitcoin mining community at large....stay tuned.

There appears to be a clear case of collusion among these vendors. Joshua Zipkin mentions these business relationships with other vendors who should be competitors. This could be a disturbing situation for us all who are customers of any of these "troubled" companies. Of course all this is based on the available information that has been posted and Josh's words themselves. While he never outright mentions collusion he does say he has business relationships...which is odd considering they would in effect be competitors. Its like Ford and Chevy working together to sell cars. They could be pooling resources to build "petahash farms" and such to enrich themselves at our expense. An action like this could cause major problems in the mining community. And it's all our worst fears realized. It would also explain the delays we have had as well. Worth looking into if it is the case.

At this point his nonsense editing cannot be taken back. Sucks for me because my info stays out there, but sucks worse for him because its evidence against his hostile and vindictive actions against his clients who gave him money. ALSO the admission that he does indeed work with Black arrow and Technobit. At any rate it might be good for some BA customers and AMT customers to start comparing notes. Hmm, this appears to be a collusion of sorts. Least my opinion but largely based on  AMT_Miners aka Joshua Zipkin's own statements that they are working with BA, if you have 2 of the same types of companies operating from the same location, with the same issues with customers, it starts to look a bit fishy. Something else worth noting. Law enforcement is moving glacially slow on this. The only main proof I have is what Josh himself has said on the matter. Beyond that it's speculative and circumstantial....but still worth looking into to dig up more solid proof to link the two businesses.

I think Joshua Zipkin expects this to go away with time. That by not posting and closing threads and all that, that somehow the money and problems he has caused us with all this will suddenly go away. He has already made a public claim he will refund us but with no timeline, the group chats he was apart of state otherwise. i had many conversations with Jim Brown. Where is he now? Josh Zipkin, AMT Miners, has been known to impersonate people online.

The fact is he does more time for claiming I did classified work (high level subcontractor is pretty much that) that I did not do, that is what. Considering that it has a national security aspect of it, he stands to be in jail for a VERY long time. The fraud stuff just gets stacked up on top of it as they start to investigate. So yes he will go for fraud. And yes people say stupid shit on the internet all the time, BUT not all of those involve claiming someone does high level work for the government AND THEN posting their address online. That is some serious stuff right there. The fraud will come out anyway, AND then they will auction off his stuff and pay us back the money one way or the other. At the very least he will be in prison where he can't do any more harm to anyone.
