There will be some more surprises for Josh Zipkin on this matter. his whole cleaning house routine is not going to work. If we don't get the refunds HE PUBLICLY PROMISED....he goes to jail. So blowing through cash like there is no tomorrow and clearing out his inventory through shady means is not going to help.  It's only making his situation worse. IF he dealt honestly for once in his life, he might actually have a shot at making this.

Looks like AMT will be on hand for the London Inside Bitcoins conference. They are an exhibitor which is 2000 pounds for a 6x10 booth, plus his flight, plus his stay. He's just blowing through the money.

Looked at the URLs where he is selling them. $750. He is selling them at a loss or break even with his Chinese creditors. He is looking to claim losses on these so he can avoid refunding us. BUT he did get enough from the house sale since Joshua Zipkin has openly admitted in the past he has his personal assets tied up in this.

As was predicted early on by a number of people, it does appear now he is on the run. All these actions seem to indicate someone who is running from Justice instead of attempting to face it. It would have been far less expensive I told him if he had just refunded us all back the money and gotten it over with. Then none of this would have happened. Good customer service actually keeps the law from coming at you. Not only that but it is also just the right thing to do.

Referring to us the customers Lawyers of course told him this. Info he was not supposed to be telling us...you know the actual plantiffs in this case. He can claim fake. But IF the class action lawyers petitioned for the skype chats. Well that could change a few things on the authenticity side the lawyers of course will know the truth as they talk amongst themselves. He still maintains a US citizenship. And his business is still legally in the US. This is not over by a longshot. Having sold his home in PA, if thats the case, still does not get him out of hot water. He underestimated the people he took money from. And now we are coming after him for what's ours. He started his industrial mine on our money. And he will be paying that money back or he goes to jail. Simple as that. He already has stated his intent to never pay us back in the chats. His public words mean shit. He said to the members of the chat in confidence. And we outed him. Now he looks like an even bigger liar than before.

His name will be infamous in the bitcoin community for scamming What mark karpelles was to exchanges he will be to mining. And the next people on the list will be the other people that have been screwed by people like him. He is the first domino to virtually fall.

What he does not get is that we are no VERY organized and now gathering every resource we have against him. He might have a lawyer here and there and the advice of his buddies. But it won't last. Once they see how toxic he is they will stay away. Noone wants to get caught up in his shitstorm. And if his "friends" are like him, then they certainly won't no honor among thieves.
