Troll or not, he's right. BFL reps should STFU about shipping dates until they have a legitimate shipping date to talk about and not just a new soon to be cancelled "fuzzy" date. Repeatedly announcing overly optimistic shipping dates you have zero hope of meeting is just bad business.
