I have a problem with a betarigs payement. It has been done this morning at 9:42 am after renting was completed. (I'm owner)
I can see transaction id into my betarigs account and into my wallet. But I don't get any confirmations since this morning.
And blockchain.info or blockexplorer.com don't find transaction

For those having issues, you should rent from people with feedback and who provide support.
Yes you will pay more but you won't get screwed, ever.
If there's a problem on their end I am sure every single owner adds hours and if they are like me, they add more than enough hours to cover the loss.

A suggestion
What about adding a tip jar after rental, maybe the renter can tip the provider a tip from what they have mined or tip in TIPS, DOGE etc...

Infos regarding the east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com pool
I got several tickets yesterday about rigs not mining east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com -- and it looked like the pool was down.
But then I got reports that it was working fine outside of betarigs. So it looked like Betarigs was banned from this pool.
I just contacted an admin from dedicatedpool.com -- Betarigs has indeed been banned, and has been whitelisted.
So now the issue is resolved with dedicatedpool.com

But then I got reports that it was working fine outside of betarigs. So it looked like Betarigs was banned from this pool.

So now the issue is resolved with dedicatedpool.com
Ok seems like the banlift I have discussed with the admin isn't effective yet -- I'll be in touch with him as soon as he comes back.

I think there is a possibility of "DDOS attack" on betarig which could be very beneficiairy to the attacker.
Maybe this have already been discussed before, I didn't read all the pages.
Setup :
1. I'm renting a rig (a huge farm), and I set the price very high
2. Using a script and multiple fake account, I rent all other competitive rigs, but I don't send the funds obviously
3. All competitive rigs stay in an unavailable state for a while (one hour ?), waiting for funds which would never come
4. I'm the only rig available in my category, so I'm rented even with my huge price
Solution :
=> when you rent a rig, you have 5 min to send the transaction, otherwise rig is becomes available again

So can you clarify what resolve is, I tried mining to dedicatedpool tried contacting the renter with no avail, created a ticket with betarigs, from the time I created the ticket to the time it was resolve it took 13 hours, my rental was of 12 hours, so did I just lose the money from this rental?

To all of those with rental problems: submit a ticket! I, too, had one of my rented rigs not hash at all for me last night. I submitted a Ticket and mux confirmed that I will see a refund this morning. No one is trying to scam you.

My rig is rented but can't connect to BetaRigs pool for the last 45 minutes, sucks for the renter. Capacity issues?

For the love of god, refund my BTC. I do not recommend using their service until they refund the people they have scammed the last day.

I Sent in a Ticket to you and used the "contact miner" section and sent both rig owners msgs. BOTH rigs owners immediately responded to my concern and manually hooked my 2 miners up to the pool and were hashing away with my miner.

Tonight, I got several rigs unable to connect to east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com (connection timeout). Usually it's one pool here or one pool here, but tonight, I had many rigs unable to connect to this one, and I some reports (including yours now) that hashing outside of betarigs to this pool worked.
So that lead me to believe our stratum IP may have been blocked by dedicatedpool.com -- I'll try to get hold with the guys at dedicatedpool.com to see.

You fail to take into account there is a third party actually providing the serviceQuote
So a renter aka (Paying Customer) who paid you for hashrate, you failed to deliver should not be compensated?
I did not say the renter should not be compensated. The owner did not fail to deliver, the service provider failed to deliver. That is like asking Wargaming for premium account compensation on WoT because your telco went down for 8 hours Quote
You do understand that this is your responsibility to your Customers as a rig leaser.
It is the responsibility of who is providing the service if the rig owner's system is working as intended and that is BetarigsQuote
I hope that you also understand that when betarigs is down your rigs are mining coins on your choosen pool.
