Yea, that is what I meant. I wish them all the best but I don't wanna be blamed for a pump and dump if it was all to go south.
I have enough to deal with at the moment .

Nobody said BitYay...

I think she meant to say she's not connected to this new BitBay IPO.  This service was renamed BitYay months ago.  Probably because "BitBay" is obviously a play on "eBay", and could be faced with a trademark infringement claim.

Yeah it isn't bityay at all, it's very clearly registered as bitbay.

Well, it seems they've at least produced something in the last year. This thread may as well simply be folded.

Just want to make it perfectly clear I am in no way connected with The "Bityay Team". I have absolutely nothing to do with this IPO / ICO.

Cam4btc.com and Bityay.com are my only ventures at the moment. I dumped the Bityay name along time ago.

It seems the Bityay Team did not do any name research before hand.

Just... awful... but at 300 satoshis... i can afford to possibly waste some coin on this new offering... in wallet version of the concept with stealth seems way more legit that this ever was.

waste of time and money.

1.25 BTC at this rates is about 420 USD +/-

not that much money for people living in the US.

incompetent / scammers.

Yes I can it will take me a few days to pull it together. Not sure that it would help ease your minds but I will do that.

I would also like to get some updated contact info on all of the people who bought in if possible e-mail and User names.
I am not sure if everyone is still around or not.

Can you provide an itemized list of what BTC went to, and if person(s) their appropriate contact info? Somewhat like a receipt. That may help some folks.

Sorry I don't have the money to refund you, all of my money is wrapped up in development.
The btc that was raised initially is gone and all development is being payed for out of my pocket at this point.
I know this is been a long roller coaster ride but I assure you it is coming very soon.

I'm interested in getting my 1.25 BTC back.

Can't you guys buy it with USD and send it to me?

At this rates coins are cheap.

Thank you.

Of course they can't, they used over $11,000 USD to fund building the site. Supposedly.

We got our first votes 10 for MYR!!!

Its time for some long over due Updates. From here on Updates will be screened and posted weekly.
Bityay has once again undergone a complete rewrite. We are now faster and more secure than ever.
I am really excited about our chat feature where Buyers and sellers will be able to connect in real time.

We are also starting an aggressive campaign to promote Bityay and crowd fund our legal and other fees.
We figured the best way to crowd fund would be to build a coin voting and ad presale platform.
Some screens from early development have been posted there to view.

http://FUNDING.BITYAY.COM

20 coins will be chosen from over 100+ coins the minimum vote is .001 btc.
The top 20 coins will be selected for usage with bityay.
This means you can buy or sell, and get paid with 20 different coins plus bitcoin and litecoin.

It's not my system, I just happened to be on it at the time. Very aware of the issues, thanks though.

If you can upgrade to IE11, then try http://FUNDING.BITYAY.COM
IE8 is way outdated.

Fully funded no I wish. As you can imagine Legal cost can be costly especially with start ups like this.
I will have that checked out. I am amazed that people still actually use IE ewww. Smiley

For what it's worth, the site won't load on IE8 through a proxy.

Also, crowdfunding? Weren't you guys fully funded?

Yeah, it's not my choice, it's what I'm forced to use where I'm sitting at the moment. I figured it may be beneficial to try it out.
