I had to stop sending out TALK for a short while, I was worried that the chain was just going to either explode or never move again. I will restart sending them in a few hours, they are about 1/3 sent now

Did you have any problems syncing earlier?

1st time I run the wallet today so no. Maybe everyone could try again and leave the wallet running for a few hours to get it to sync. Unlock it and if you already have coins it will start to mint more.
