Sorry, I missed your post. It's explained in the user area, though:If you are calling from EU: Call 'Latvia'. Yes, you can reach it from Germany.
If you are calling from USA, Canada, South America, Asia, Africa, Norway, Switzerland etc. then call 'Latvia2' or 'Latvia3'.
Latvia4/5/6 cannot be reached from everywhere. Maybe you can reach it from, for example, AT&T USA but maybe you cannot reach it from Vodafone Germany. It's just luck.
sadly the numbers that are getting decently paid are all extra numbers which you have to pay like 2 euros per minute for it :-(

30 is how many days are in a month!
