I think such a market place has many checks and balances due to its transparency and very high competition.
Like Youtube or other networks, there will be many influencers and top investors... no one will be holding 100% of the power.
Taking and adding power does not cost so the mobility between top investors is very high... if they are transparent about their investments than people will want to follow them.. if they are talking advantage of their supporters it will be very easy for them to just find other top traders to follow.
I'm waiting for the roadmap of the project

I don't think anyone will have enough influence to dominate the market. But of course at the level of the social network, this is one of the incentive for traders to share their performances! Trying to get more influence than they probably already have on Twitter or Reddit!

It is true anyways that the name will bring some confusion, but I'm sure the development team did not miss this point. CoinDash sounds good, unlike alternatives like CoinPanel. I still would consider branding different even if the name is not descriptive, most big UI/UX solutions are not descriptive anyways.
This could be a nice tool if made right, and it needs to be for a fuel token to work. Can you elaborate on which trading tools you want to implement, besides a good UI for price/market monitoring and news? Technical Analysis?

CoinDash is what we call an operating system for crypto assets. It makes handling, interacting and trading crypto assets accessible for mainstream users. Starting with the basics every investor needs, portfolio management tools (performance, risk, diversification and other necessary indexes for your portfolio alongside tools like ICO participation automation so you won't miss any again), on top of that we build social trading tools (allows u to follow top traders and copy their trades, this will remove many barriers for inexperienced and new users) and continuing with a marketplace for discovering investing opportunities (including integration for 3rd party investment instruments like Melonport and ICONOMI).
Our beta will include portfolio management for ethereum accounts and the ability to copy-ICO top investors through a smart contract. here is a more detailed description
