I would say they are closing the presale early to pay absolutely everyone and then enter markets, after all, this would probably be very time consuming having to deal with minuscule orders people send since there is no minimum limit !

You must download the whole Paper Wallet repository and then open the index file, it will then be opened on your PC locally, also no internet connection is needed. (Offline Generation)
Are there any instructions on how to do it, i have never done this, link seems dead, not responding when i click on it
