I completely agree with you. The project has a very long road map and many features will appear in a very distant time. This means that the team is not enough developers to work actively. I wish the project every success, but for now I will only observe.
We may keep it on radar, i think there is a chance that the team will hire more tech specialists and can announce improved roadmap and finish all planned works a bit earlier, they already finished ico and have money.

Am I supposed to transfer my ELY tokens to ERC20 wallet as it's not showing to me in ERC20 wallet the address I given at the time of purchase, while it's showing my tokens on my dashboard?
maybe you should transfer the ELY tokens then use the add custom procedure to make it visible in your ERC20 wallet, this way you can see your token amount certainly.
