Today I faced an interesting article. Many people write that in the future such projects as Acorn will lose interest from the community due to the lack of startups and projects. I'm interested in your opinion, gentlemen.

We're lucky to live in an age of opportunity. Tomorrow an abstract young man will be ashamed to say that he has nowhere to get money for realize himself. And I absolutely disagree that projects like Acorn will not be able to find their audience.  I think that the problem should not be sought here.

A real problem is not in a quantity, but in a quality of the projects. I'm will not go far for examples, we are now in the branch where discuss ICO-projects. To understand what I'm writing, just go to this branch and update the page every minute. How quickly this topic will go down to the second page? And in all topics will "invest here".

"will lose interest" ? No. This will not happen.
Why Kickstarter and Indiegogo are still popular? They live long enough but always there are new projects on those platforms. Acorn is better. With good marketing it will be more used than other

Why in the future startups should disappear? It seems to me that the need for funding for start-ups will always be, and their number will only grow.
In addition to basic statistics about the growth of startups in the world, we can say unequivocally that thanks to such projects, there will be more of them.

Hi. What percentage of the total pool of tokens will be put up for sale?
80%, but consider that a part of it has been already sold on the pre-ICO.

Usually, partner programs are not very honest and transparent. Will your project become an exclusion?

Hi. Is there a variant of insurance in case the project fails? I accept the existence of risks and just want to minimize them.

there is no such mechanism in the cryptocurrency. Only if the team doesn't announce the closure of the project before the end of the ICO in this case they will return all the invested funds to investors

I'm still not sure, but I think that I can persuade one character to invest in Acorn. I'm wondering if suddenly it does not work out? (God do not let this happen) What then my friend will do to me - that's what thoughts were driving me today on my way home. And then I remembered the details of the project, re-read the documents and watched the video. There is no doubt - everything will turn out!  Grin

Are the backers able to insure their contributions to certain projects? If so, how does this happen.

what action is planned to be taken in regard to the pre sale investors,?  if eth remains around $400 usd it would be better to buy in crowdsale?

everything is right here on top of this wrote down

Everything is the risk of early investors

Cost of 1 ETH could both rise and fall - it went down so maybe someone in their investments did not win.

But this is a risk -  Project honestly warned about it in white paper.

Just a idea.  Maybe there could be extra functions for the oak token for crowdfunding creators.  Things like marketing on the acorn channels and insurence.  Just to give creators extra uses

The pre sales investor took a risk. Price fixed to eth was to compensate early investors for if the price of eth goes up. It wont help to offer other crypto, moves in parallel. If maintain at 1eth acorn will not likely achieve target. No suggestions just my opinion.

Good afternoon. In what period of the platform existence will the conditions for projects be optimal - at the very start of its activity, or several years after its development?

Yes, the team really made all the good conditions for investors.
I wonder how to change the cost of tokens after the start of the project?

Hi. Reserve fund for Acorn will be created in any case, or only if some of the tokens are not sold on the ICO?
No, the liquidity reserve will be created in any case. A part of the collected during the ICO will be allocated to it.
Other projects can do fine without such mechanisms. Is that sort of a reserve really necessary?
This mechanism will provide stable token value rise even if most project founders want to receive payments in fiat currency.
Wait, aren’t all payments made in tokens? I thought that they would be the only tool for internal calculations.
Most of the founders would prefer to receive payments in tokens, the fund is needed only so that single cases could not lead to significant fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Got it. In principle, the solution is incredibly robust, especially from the investors’ point of view. And in what currency will be reserve funds kept?
