Damn, that backer thing sure is a pain in the ass for people who are starting out in their careers empty handed without anyone to back them up or help them to get accepted. Well, it's kinda hard to grasp your sentiments guys. You see, the overall process of submitting your application, getting interviewed, doing the exams, and getting either hired or rejected will never change. It will remain the general practice everywhere in the world for many of us.
