Hello anyone,

I need HELP AND ADVICE. I've submitted the documents for verification AT kRAKEN and its been over a week. I have not got verified yet. I have submitted all the documents as well. I need to deposit money. I created a ticket as well. It is 313393. Please expedite this. I am losing on the profits as we discuss this here. Thanks.

I don't see an option to cancel a ticket once it's created. Adding a cancel button could significantly reduce the number of open tickets and the workload for the support staff. Sometimes people open a ticket and then figure out how to solve the problem on their own a while later, or they think it's no longer significant.
Go to your ticket on the support page.  In the reply box, tell them the issue is resolved.  And when support sees that, they will close the ticket.

Yes, you can indicate it's solved by replying to the ticket, but it would be nice for clients to have a way to solve their own tickets. Not sure it's possible, but we will look into this.

Update: I've alerted support to all ticket numbers posted or sent by DM since my last post. It may still take some time to get a response however.

I'm also now waiting 5 days to get verified - I opened up a support ticket (Request #312418).

Try again later - that message is a bit misleading because it only indicates that the service is temporarily unavailable.

Trying to withdraw to a bank account, according to this article https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/204359203-How-do-I-withdraw-fiat-currencies-from-my-account- , one should be able to select fiat currencies. I do not however see any such option, but I'm only Tier-1. My question is: will the option become visible when upgrading your tier, or is the withdrawal-system disabled atm?

You can withdraw in fiat with Tier 2. Check more on it here: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/201352206-What-are-the-Verification-Tiers-

Tier 2 is enough in some areas, but it depends on your location. In the US, for example, you need Tier 3 for USD transfers.

Would you be able the check out   291058. Verification ticket. Waiting for that since approx a week. Must be busy

Hi, I am looking at the funding options and I can't find USD SWIFT or something like that, as a non US and non EU resident, how could I fund my account?

USD Bank Wire Deposit ($10 USD) - outside US only
EUR Bank Wire Deposit (€10) - outside US only

USD Bank Wire Withdrawal ($60 USD) - outside US only
EUR Bank Wire Withdrawal (€60) - outside US only

^ those are SWIFT options. EUR might be better to fund with over USD since generally our EUR markets have higher volume and liquidity.
