Update: I've alerted support to all ticket numbers posted or sent by DM since my last post, except for verification tickets.

I'm very sorry, but due the volume of requests about verification tickets we are no longer able escalate these tickets (escalation was not helping much anyway for these tickets). The verification team is working very hard to process accounts as soon as possible in the order they are received. Unfortunately, due to a long queue of accounts waiting to get verified, it may take two weeks or longer. We are doing everything we can to speed this up, including hiring more staff, but the long wait time for account verification is likely to continue for some time.

Hi Dargo!

I'm in the similar situation as everyone else. After 5 days I haven't even been tier 1 verified, let alone tier 2, and 3. I know you are probably extremely busy but is there any way you could help me out? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your time!

It has been 9 days since I filed for verification but so far have to receive any feedback whatsoever. Yes, I got one reply from a certain Mike three days saying it's busy but that was about it.

Hi Dargo,
7 days my cash deposit has been on hold. No response on support ticket (297049).  No messages from kraken.
Can you please help?  If an account is fully verified, fully functioning, you would expect either a fast response to the support ticket or an e-mail explaining what the problem is. Not just silence.

6 days I've had a SEPA cash deposit on hold. No response from my support ticket. No response from PM to you.  I'm T4 verified. Can you tell me what problem is or return my money? cash was sent from bank in my name matching my account.

Just wanted to say that in my case, i have been verified for tier1 only 4 days after submitting the request.
Now I'm still waiting for tier2 verification and it's been already 4 more days and nothing happens. I guess we all have the same issues.

I hope that my ticket n°288392 has been escalated as I've already posted a message here.

For account verification especially it could still take a long time. Some of you are posting again about issues that have already been escalated. In that case there's nothing further I can do.

Hi Dargo,

I registered only to write you here. I have a serious issue with Kraken which is now affecting my private life.

My deposit ( QCC3FQU-7BCD6C-43FUEJ ) has been sitting "on hold" on kraken since 26 May, which is now 5 days. I was supposed to transfer this money further to my family abroad who need it urgently.
