The money won't be lost. The issue is that PayCash will sometimes hold the money and request extra KYC information from our clients when we think it's not really necessary. We are working with them to see if they can cut back on these requests, but it's not clear if we will make any progress. So long as you are OK with that possibility it should be OK.

What is the average time that PayCash (SWIFT) wire transfers take to show the balance on the account?

Hi Dargo. I'm a Canadian customer looking to fund my account with USD, am I able to do this with wire transfer? I only see two types of usd deposits possible on my account, Paycash (SEPA) and PayCash (SWIFT), I have no idea what these mean or which to use for wire transfer. Thank you

PayCash (SWIFT) is currently the only option available to you to deposit USD. I'm somewhat hesitant to recommend this option at the present time though. Many of our clients have used PayCash without incident, but enough of our clients have experienced annoying delays with their transfers to the point that I would say "proceed with caution."  We are currently working with them to see if we can improve things but it's not clear yet if any progress will be made. We're also working on alternatives to PayCash for international USD wires and hopefully one of those will be coming online soon (but no definite ETA). Even though the market isn't as liquid yet, I think you may have a better experience overall by funding your account in CAD and trading the CAD market, at least for now.

Unfortunately the majority of my funds are in USD so I'd like to avoid using CAD. How bad is the situation with PayCash (Switft)? As long as my money doesn't get lost then I don't mind. How long does it take to see the funds in my account with all these problems which you guys are experiencing? Days, weeks?

I've made a request to withdraw less then 300 euro (in BTC), and after 1 hour I'm still waiting.
Is this related with your last agreements with Bitgo?

We got a message from BitGo through our bitcoin gateway saying that they were offline for maintenance. It was apparently unscheduled maintenance since they didn't give us any advanced notice. BitGo is back online now though, so your withdraw should go through.

Back online but apparently the response from BitGo is slow, so our bitcoin gateway isn't back to 100% yet and transfers will be delayed for a while longer. I'll update when I have more information.

We got word from BitGo that all their systems are operational and our bitcoin gateway is fully restored.

please send me the email with my account info from CAvirtex...I have sent 3 requests now as I am unable to login to Kraken since the migration and support is not answering any of my requests. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Yes, our support is normally very responsive, but has been under heavy load recently for a variety of reasons. We're hoping we can get back to normal soon though. Please PM me your ticket number and I'll make sure you get assistance ASAP.

@Kn_os

I use the API. Works fine.

Yeh.. why bother about people who do not use api, who may need this web interface at all?
No wonder that kraken who first added etherum only on second place of etherum volume.

Since one hour even the API is not usable anymore.  90% of all calls end in nirvana. With luck there is a succesful call.  Placing one single order might be possible via API, but not trrading.

@ Dargo: what is the problem this time? There is no info at twitter.

Do Kraken have plans to add other coins?

May be they first do something to make exchange usable for trade? Submit invalid, data unavalble, 502 error, invalid request, sudden "this action impossible for tier 0" and so on, i already learned all them error :||| instead of trading.

PS. And remove mounthly withdraw btc limits! "Carthago delenda est".
