The connection problems via API started ~ 10 hours ago, so I decided to stop my bot at kraken.
Now I see the problem is not solved but worse (also website shows the cloudflare issue from time to time)

Keep getting cloudflare error over and over whenever I try to withdraw, this is getting ridiculous.. It seem every other day it's a new problem.

Hello guys, I am from Romania and I tried to attach a card to my kraken account. After I`ve completed every empty space and clicked "save changes etc..." it show me "BANK NOT ALLOWED". I use a Raiffeisen card . Can anyone help me ? Leave me a message or text here or add skype a _teodor98
I believe there was a problem with the raiffeisenbank and even other banks that use this bank as middlemen. This bank did not accept bitcoin transactions anymore so the exchanges stopped accepting this bank and banks that use it as gateway.
Might be something different of course.

I was on Cavirtex and have been merged to Kraken, it doesn't bother me. But what I find bad is that accounts have been merged without cancelling the orders pending on Cavirtex, so I'm missing all my coins that were on orders. I've sent 2 emails to the support team since 3 days and still have no response. As a new client, I'm starting to lose faith in this Exchange and haven't been here for more than 1 week. I want an explanation, I'm missing 80 LTC and 0.15btc.

It wasn't the best idea to send out new login details for old accounts on cavirtex and the other exchange when you then try to login and have to see that these logins are not yet active, probably not created. I only saw the news then that they still create them.
Didn't try again yet but such things should happen after the accounts are created.

Just moved here from Cavirtex so looking forward to using the exchange
Long thread so I'll need to read the details but a few months of free deposits and hopefully a smooth transition

Kraken has been my home for some months now and always been by their side, however today I've been let down a lot and have lost a lot of faith in them.
Also, they forgot to pay their Cloudflare bills and then blamed Cloudflare.

I knew it before (Us Marshall sells) but could not have access for a long day, trying to every 5 minutes so much stress...
=> 1.000 Kfees for free from kraken, great^^

Bingo! Today the same story happened with ETH decreasing fast and sharply, Can not sell at around 0.0070-65
Some people using API could trade while 97% could not... this is really unfair.

Yes it's been like that for about 2 hours. You'd think they would have noticed after 30 seconds and fixed it, right?
It's just an nginx config problem I assume but there's no excuse for letting it go on for hours

Is this a joke?
You cancel all positions of today and rewind account balances if you are serious. Im in a long on eth since 650 from yesterday and could not profit close it today at 700k because of your fuck up. Will I need then to close the position tomorrow on a loss because of you? Is this a fucking joke or what? you delete all position on a loss you should provide refunds for positions that were on a profit also before the site could not have been accessible anymore. Otherwise you get sued by 10000 people and you close business as none will trade on your platform ever again.
