Yes you are correct. I got my notes mixed up. It is the Enterprise that is invoice only:

I originally looked into this when the credit card wasn't paid. I think the point though remains the same; for a 'bank' why are they not using the very best service, protection and up time guarantee. It is not like this is the first time this has happened. Off-hand I can think of 3 critical periods when the markets have been most active. This might be the 4th time now?

In particular Enterprises' '2500% uptime guarantee' whatever that means. Maybe Cloudflare will reimburse Kraken customer's who lose profits on trading owing to the site being down?

$20/month with basic DDoS protection. Whereas the proper Pro and Business Plans, which would have allowed invoice billing (thus 'credit card expired' wouldn't have been an issue), utilize much more layered protection plans as well as up time guarantees.

Why in the world would they cheap out of their bread and butter, the service to keep the operation running full time.

I agree with you all, this is really getting frustrating. Every other day there is a new problem, in all honesty this is very unprofessional to see from a "professional" exchange platform.

I've been a long time supporter of Kraken, however now there's been at least 1 or 2 problems EVERY week where there's been a downtime longer than 30 minutes. It's just ridiculous.

A multi-million dollar company like Kraken should have excellent protected servers and have good protection and backup routes when things happen. It looks like they do not, very frustrating to see that I can't go on about my normal Kraken day without an interruption.

This is getting beyond a joke now, it's not like this is an isolated problem either, which I can forgive.. In the past 2 months I've had problems accessing Kraken at least 5 times. I've had enough, I'll be conducting my business elsewhere in the future. Undecided

The connection problems via API started ~ 10 hours ago, so I decided to stop my bot at kraken.
Now I see the problem is not solved but worse (also website shows the cloudflare issue from time to time)

I believe there was a problem with the raiffeisenbank and even other banks that use this bank as middlemen. This bank did not accept bitcoin transactions anymore so the exchanges stopped accepting this bank and banks that use it as gateway.

Might be something different of course.

I was on Cavirtex and have been merged to Kraken, it doesn't bother me. But what I find bad is that accounts have been merged without cancelling the orders pending on Cavirtex, so I'm missing all my coins that were on orders. I've sent 2 emails to the support team since 3 days and still have no response. As a new client, I'm starting to lose faith in this Exchange and haven't been here for more than 1 week. I want an explanation, I'm missing 80 LTC and 0.15btc. Huh

It wasn't the best idea to send out new login details for old accounts on cavirtex and the other exchange when you then try to login and have to see that these logins are not yet active, probably not created. I only saw the news then that they still create them.

Didn't try again yet but such things should happen after the accounts are created.
