On bitcoin withdrawals: we did see a number of withdrawals that weren't propagating in the network correctly. We re-started all services, which should fix the issue, but it could still be an hour or so before you see the transaction.

It's a bit complicated since there are a variety of factors that can change things, but the basic limits are as follows. The limit for sustained requests is 1 request every 5 seconds. The limit for sustained orders is about 1 per minute. The sustained limits can be exceeded in short bursts. Keep in mind that this is subject to change as we see how people use the API.
Please increase the rate limits. One request per 5 seconds is pretty low but I can work around it. One request per second would be more resonable.
However one order per minute is very low. Overall I place less than 60 orders per hour, but sometimes I may need to place 4 or 5 orders in a minute. I run into the rate limit too often.

I think our API limit should be higher too. It's an ongoing project of mine to try to convince others on the team about this and get the limits raised. I've had partial success and a raise of the limit should be coming. I'll check on the progress of that and let everybody know.

I only see one report of this in our tickets (maybe yours), but we'll check the bitcoin withdrawal service to make sure it's running correctly.

New feature: There's a button next to the currency pair menu (in the upper right of any page) that opens a TradingView chart for the selected pair. The chart opens in a new window. TradingView charts are much better than the charts we provide, so the TradingView charts are probably the preferred charting option on our site now. Hope you like it!

There are alot of users complaining about this and the ID selfie itself ... and there will be more users complaining every day I think.

Hi Serpens - thanks for the suggestion. We do plan on updating the verification page. It really should have been done sooner, so we're sorry for the lack of communication. I'll work on getting an update as soon as possible. As for the ID selfie itself, we really don't have a choice about it. We have to have a higher level of diligence in Germany to combat the elevated level of fraud. We think the ID selfie is about the most minimal level of extra diligence that can be effective. We understand if some people don't like it, but on our end it's not optional.

Is anyone else experiencing Litecoin withdrawl issues?
Going by tickets, we only have one recently for a Litecoin withdrawal. If that's your ticket, we'll respond soon. If not, please submit a ticket.
It seems we did have an issue with Litecoin, but all services are back up now. It may take a few hours yet for all hanging Litecoin transactions to send however. Sorry for the delay!
