Dude. They gave you a perfectly clear answer. Your bank refuses to handle wires from Kraken. Change banks if you want your $$$ out.
My bank isn't even seeing the wires. What Kraken said was:
"Your transactions are failing as our wire processor has locked your bank node."
It's Kraken's wire processor that has locked it. Then they said:
"They do not give us a reason as to why your node is locked"
To me, that's a customer service thing. If I were in Kraken's position, and my customer were having trouble, I would *GET* a reason.
"But this functionality is not available to you anymore."
This suggests that I cannot use another bank. Right now my outgoing wire is still stuck in CANCEL REQUESTED and I have no access to my funds at all. Do you think another bank would work?
"You can withdraw and/or deposit using crypto."
Right now I still cannot even access the WITHDRAW screens - I still get that "Feature Disabled" message.
Any ideas?

I had previously set 2FA for withdrawals and trading, as well as the "Global Settings Lock" (I didn't remember that). To remove 2FA, I am asked to enter a "Master key", which I lost if I ever had it. Can you please assist? I can prove I am the legitimate account owner by any means. My ticket number is 859595.
