Hi, Kraken keeps giving the error 520. I can't access it for more than 10 minutes now. What's happening?

why EURO deposits are getting so long now?

i used to deposit euro and get it in the same day.

now 3 days and nothing in my account, can you please explain what it is going on?

It does depend on the circumstances of the deposit (and what banks (of origin / intermediaries) do with respect to deposit information), for example - not every deposit is the same.  

However, it's also reasonable to surmise that increased volume is part of the issue.

(Note / edit):  If you have experienced this issue before, let us know, or is it the first time the matter has been encountered with this sort of delay in this way?

UGH this is the worst been a Kraken member for almost a year, got verified up to a Tier 4 for my business. Went for the first time to withdrawal and failure after failure. Why did I spend over a month getting verified if I cant even withdrawal. Now I have to wait what 2-3 days for a response on the ticketing system? Ticket#708555 This in itself is a terrible way to do business because each response back and forth takes 2-3 days. There should be phone support!

Again, they answer they can't do nothing for me. Contact support ask me again, proof that i'm the owner of the account. I give them this TEN TIMES.
And they said : "we don't have it". 7 month same discussion, same demand , same bullshit. They are buying time. I'm not fool , they will never get my money back. Juste because tor2mail is down, and now i pay for it.

Now i ask to close my account, and get my money back, and they don't want to do it.

I recommand all users to withdraw money from kraken, soon as possible. They are scamming, be very careful.

I was going to withdraw USD but is in pending state for a few days, and then I cancelled it but I have not get my refunds in my account.  I escalate my ticket everyday, no progress even no explain at all, and I don't think the cancellation should take so much time.  Let's keep on pushing them.

I provide you 3 times , 3 times the proof of my identity. I give you id paper, screenshot, history of the account, name , birthdate...3 times.

You did everytime, the same move.

1 : you ask for paper, i give it to you. No answer from you or an answer "it's difficult to change an email adress"
2: again, i contact you, again you ask for papers. Again i give it to you. No answer from you 2 months.
3: I contact you again . And again you ask for proof for my account. I give it to you. No answer from you and again you said "it's complicated"
4 : NOW AGAIN. YOU ASKING FOR THE SAME THING

HOW MANY TIMES WE WILL PLAY THIS GAME ? 7 MONTHS LIKE THIS ! 7 MONTHS

And i don't want to keep my account, why i should level up ?. The worst of it that i received this one time :

"We can not transfer your coins to your other unverified account. Please log in to your 'new' account, create address under Funding > Deposit, then log in to your 'old' account and transfer funds. Please get verified if needed.

How course i try it, and it doesn't work... Because an email was send to my old email adress.
So now, i have two accounts with one email who doesn't work and one account who have nothing on it, and with new email.

What i have to do now ? Give proof that i'm the owner of the second account ?
What a joke this story.

I'm new here and i want to warn you that i have a big problem with Kraken. 7 months that i'm waiting to change my email adress from my account.

Let me explain : i had a tor2mail relied to my account. As you know, tor2mail is down. I contact support and they said to me that's a complicated situation.
I had the same problem on poloniex. I made a new account. They transfer my coins on the new account. And it's all good now.

I propose the same thing with kraken, and the same response : "it's complicated, we need time".
7 months later, i have still the same problem.

I think they buying time to scam me and get a reason to get my coins.
Be very careful.

This does not inspire confidence. This guy has escalated his ticket for an easily identifiable problem for seven months and Kraken is unaware of the issue and has to ask for the ticket number? How many unresolved seven month old tickets must there be?

The issue spanned over several tickets and this actual ticket was not seven months old. Getting the ticket number was one way for me to be able to look into the ticket personally.

If you are US resident with SSN don't bother opening an account with Kraken, go with GDAX and Gemini.

Kraken support is inexistent, if you need an answer you can expect at least 1 week, even if you "escalate" it.
Lol. At least if it is a week, it is still far better than poloniex that take up to a month, that is if they decide to and don’t end up pushing your request to the trashcan. I have heard so much about kraken though and I was thinking of trying them out soon so I can have another reliable exchange apart from using only bittrex. Hopefully I see how it goes and this support issue you just mentioned does not end up giving me a scare.

I have a bank withdrawal from the 30th pending 2 days! Fingers crossed it goes through and they got usd wires going again. Will update if it goes through!

We recommend waiting 5 business days before assuming anything is wrong, though in many cases transactions will be processed faster than that.
