there is a big issue with kraken.
Again, they answer they can't do nothing for me. Contact support ask me again, proof that i'm the owner of the account. I give them this TEN TIMES.
And they said : "we don't have it". 7 month same discussion, same demand , same bullshit. They are buying time. I'm not fool , they will never get my money back. Juste because tor2mail is down, and now i pay for it.
Now i ask to close my account, and get my money back, and they don't want to do it.
I recommand all users to withdraw money from kraken, soon as possible. They are scamming, be very careful.

I was going to withdraw USD but is in pending state for a few days, and then I cancelled it but I have not get my refunds in my account. I escalate my ticket everyday, no progress even no explain at all, and I don't think the cancellation should take so much time. Let's keep on pushing them.

1 : you ask for paper, i give it to you. No answer from you or an answer "it's difficult to change an email adress"
2: again, i contact you, again you ask for papers. Again i give it to you. No answer from you 2 months.
3: I contact you again . And again you ask for proof for my account. I give it to you. No answer from you and again you said "it's complicated"
4 : NOW AGAIN. YOU ASKING FOR THE SAME THING
HOW MANY TIMES WE WILL PLAY THIS GAME ? 7 MONTHS LIKE THIS ! 7 MONTHS
And i don't want to keep my account, why i should level up ?. The worst of it that i received this one time :

How course i try it, and it doesn't work... Because an email was send to my old email adress.
So now, i have two accounts with one email who doesn't work and one account who have nothing on it, and with new email.
What i have to do now ? Give proof that i'm the owner of the second account ?
