hi everybody

Last week on 14.09.2017 I sent $100K to Kraken. I also forwarded the swift message to Dan. My bank told me that the money arrived on 15.09.2017. I am still waiting for your support to find the deposit and add on to my kraken account. I already excalated the ticket on twitter. Please hear my voice.

I don´t know if this is the right thread for it, but I have a suggestion.
Have you considered adding a USDT/EUR trading pair (you already have USDT/USD)?

If I want to buy USDT I now have to make 3 trades, because I deposit in €.
Afterwards I have to buy Bitcoin with my Euro and sell the BTC for $ in order to finally
be able to buy USDT.

If you would have a USDT/EUR trading pair I would be able to buy USDT with
a single trade instead of having to do the 3 trades I mentioned above.

why so many lost swift deposits?
i guess people should hold swift deposits for a while.

Since a few months ago one of my banks calls me every time I wire money to Kraken. They told me Kraken has been flagged as suspicious as it has been used by thieves to launder money. Basically they're worried my bank account might have been compromised.

Sipahi, maybe your bank got suspicious too ?

My bank have no problem at all with Kraken, in fact they have a "fast deposit system" for depositing there.
Probably it's not problem of your bank but problem of your country.

Almost two days now Orders are looking much better and faster. I hope that this will continue at least until the update of it.

Kraken support replied me and send the swift message. on the message " the money has been returned to intermediatery bank due to decision of the banks compliance" has been written. I asked my bank and they told me that they have no idea about it. On the 15 th of this month they sent the money back but I don't know actually how to get it back.

Over a month now and still no progress or update on the status of my missing withdrawal. So today I took initiative and contacted Kraken's bank (Evolve Bank and Trust) that has sent withdrawals to my bank previously. They put me into contact with the company who handles the wire transfers (Synapse). I called them and no representative was available to speak to me. So in turn I opened up a support ticket there as well in hopes of recovering my funds. I have escalated this ticket twice now with no luck after sending confirmation and proof via my bank deposits that I did not receive the funds. Its very unprofessional that I am not being updated on the status of this ticket that is currently being handled by "Alex" as it says on the site. I have been extremely patient and understanding in regards to this matter but I had to take steps to figure out what is going on because of the lack of communication. I am extremely frustrated and have not used your exchange since this issue arose and will pull out the remaining funds I have on this platform.

To all current users be forewarned and look for a new Fiat gateway.

On the date of 11.09.2017 ı sen 100k $ to your side. Dan told me that the reference code is wrong. One 'G' character was replaced by '6' mistakenly by my bank. I sent the order form and the swift paper to both Lynn and Dan. Dan also told me that they found my money. But you payment team is delaying my deposit. 100k is a huge amount of money. I am tier for and I sent my max daily limit. I cant stop thinking about it all day long. I already escalated the ticket via twitter. Please inform me that what am I waiting for. Patience has a end. If the reference number is very big problem send my. money back to my bank and I will pay the costs. Please dont ignore me. I need a date that you will credit my deposit. At least give me a dat for it. Hope to hear from you a.s.a.p. Waiting for the good news.

Kraken support replied me and my deposit was credited after all. But now I have another problem. They blocked my account and told me that SMCB Banks NY branch called the money back. Than they gave permission to my account to trade but with a negative deposit. I asked for them the transaction paper to ask my bank about the deposit but they did't care at all. The thing they say is they are sorry we did everything to change the banks mind to not draw back the money but they couldn't change their mind. Actually I did't sent any order to may bank to cancel the swift. Even I made an order to cancel the swift how can a bank withdraw money from an account if the owner of the account doesn't let them. This is nonsense. I reallty need a detailed explanation and the transaction paper if they really sent it back to me. I am a former Bank auditor and all these things are strange for me. Kraken support is very slow and they didn't even sent me the transaction paper. Should I ask for it. If they had sent me the paper without my ask it would me better so I would be more comfortable. But now I am really frustrated about my money.
Kraken team please send me the transaction paper and please explain how the bank can take the money back from your account?

Slow work, but now I´m happy again.

Unfortunately we don't get any information on SEPA or SWIFT transfers until they arrive to us. Please contact your bank to find out what the delays are with your transfers. If this is an issue where your funds aren't being credited to your Kraken account automatically I would suggest opening a ticket here and escalating it using this form that Dargo has posted. well if you check the tiers you have a certain amount of money you can deposit per day ,week or month.

if you deposit more than your tier permits this money will be on hold till u get approved.

have you checked that?

Yes I checked,   As I said  That   On the 18th I was notifyed by email, tha Iwas "Verified to Tier 2".   But now in my account at the verification page it say at Tier 1 & 2  i.e "" Processing".  and I am unable to make a deposit.   I sent an email to Support but no reply yet

My missing Fidor-Fidor SEPA deposit from Sep 14, 2017 (which normally gets credited within minutes) has now been credited.

So far no word from support on what really happened, hoping for some explanation, so I can continue to use Kraken with confidence.

UPDATE: According to Kraken support, the delay was caused by the bank, not by them. Should I get any useful information from the bank regarding this supposed delay, I'll update this post, otherwise, the story ends here Wink
