I has a question about LABT/GOLD contract. Let's say, i buy LATG for 1000 LAT. I get LABT/Gold 1000 LAT contract? The gold real price gain 5% and LAT/ETH gain 10%. When I sell my LABT contract. Do it get back 1000 LAT only or adjusted value or the market price (by LAToken traders)?
So this token would be useful as backing for forex platforms?

I think there's nothing bad in big team pool, many good ICOs selling just 10-15% of tokens. LAToken is a company with big goals and they will not use huge amount of tokens to benefit here and now. Unsold tokens will go to company pool, it will be much larger than investors part of all tokens.

I don't get how LAT would increase in value. In my understanding you can get LAT from using ETH to buy? Then when I buy asset I use LAT to buy LABT? But how any of this increase LAT value?
LABT's price depends on asset you want to sell. LAT will increase in value just because there are just 400 000 000 of them for first five years, while platform will always offer new options to trade and will scale itself.I don't get how LAT would increase in value. I am sure that it will be. They promised do a payment solution allowing to buy LAT directly for fiat. I do not see any principled difference between this and purchasing LABT directly. This is great timing to take risk on this project I hope this will go to the moon.

I think not. LABT - special unique token for trading assets. LABT and its special varieties like LATAPPL can be traded only on LAToken platform. LABT can be traded only within LAToken platform, but that does not mean that it can be purchased only for LAT. Is there are plans like to sell LATAPPL for ETH or BTC, not only for LATtokens?

The price of sq m should be based on the result of independent appraisal. I think LAToken must do a some example for us in this direction too. Tokenize some castle maybe. 
I have some questions on real estate. Which guarantees that the LABT i buy is backed with real estate asset? Any kind of RE can be tokinized?
I think any kind of real eatates can be tokonized, if that real estate has at least some market demand.
I greatly appreciate you have a product and clear vision.
