My fee as a provider went from 2% to 3% even though I joined on February 05, 2014 Sad

Have you considered 0.0001 TX fee?

Woohoo somebody already rented my DRK coin rig  Grin

This DarkCoin looks very good imo.
But I cant figure out, why does my GPUs have much lower temperature with this coin - around 20 degrees lower.
I am missing something? Could I set something better?
I have there a few coins in an hour - but could I have more? Are these cards working 100 percently?

From the view of provider; I have plans to offer bulk rig management soon too. The biggest issue for big providers is management, when swapping from one algo type to another, changing description text on multiple rigs, and changing prices. This is manageable if having <5 rigs, but painful when having more. But even in this direction, we are already working on a solution and will soon be published.

Thanks for the quick answer.  One thing to consider about the folks who operate big farms... I have no idea how professional (in terms of IT skill) they are in general, but I have a bunch of monitoring set up, keep a couple rigs out of my rental farm (and on one of the profit switching pools) as backup capacity, and my advertised hash rate is a little below actual anyway.

So although I get your concerns about reliability on a larger scale, it's actually the large scale that allows me to offer reliability because someone could steal two rigs from my house and I'd still meet my rental obligation.

Just food for thought. :-)

One great feature; when you are about to hire a rig, you can view speed stats for past 24h in graph mode!  Shocked

I haven't read the whole thread, so maybe this has been covered, but I figured I'd mention it as another data point.

This service is simple in that it doesn't require a proxy pool between the rigs and the renters' pools, which is good, but it's apparently not suited to offering one big 10+ megahash farm because you'd need network access to every individual instance of cgminer.

If this problem were to be solved, I'd give it a go, but managing 10 individual rentals is a much bigger pain than one large one.

I was going to develop software, a middleman, but I simply couldn't go past an issue of rig failures. Statistically, rigs are very unreliable. When you offer 10 rigs under 1 instance, there is very high chance that one rig inside of this group will fail and the end speed will not be eg. 20 M anymore but 18 M.

With having single instance of every rig, statistic are way better and you exactly what are you getting.

Now, from the point of customer, there is not really big difference; BULK rig management support is present in LeaseRig for long time now. And this is even better, because customers group together rigs from various providers and are not limited to one provider with big rig. And like mentioned before, due to great statistics, this bulk management can still be broken down into single rigs and manage them / view stats separately. Customers have much better view of "what is going under the hood".

Im going to answer you here - https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi62.tinypic.com%2F28mo8ll.png&t=536&c=3vpyw2-8UdAfDg
You can hire whatever rigs you like and then manage them all together.

I know Djezo was contemplating an implementation of a specialized software that would sit on one of the machines or all of them and allow you to control them together as a farm on LeaseRig.

Hey Djezo I converted one of my rig to mine Darkcoin on gpu . Where should I put it up? maybe we could have an "Others section"

Give me more info about it? What kind of algorithm is it? Show me official thread.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anndash-dash-dashorg-first-self-funding-self-governing-crypto-currency-421615

It was originally cpu mine only but a customized sgminer has come out, it is its own breed of algorithm.. the sgminer uses "darkcoin" kernel.

Is there any demand for such rigs?

Don't know if demand is there... I just know that its really profitable right now, so in theory demand should follow.. was just wondering, otherwise Ill just leave one rig disabled and mine darkcoin on it for a while Smiley

UPDATE - referral program is in place. Read first post for more details.
Hi,

If I want to add miners to my account, is it considered a  referral? is it 2%? 3%?
thanks!

Thats what Im also asking now...

updated on front page

For mining rig providers - how is final income calculated?
Your income = price - 3% - 0.0001 tx
Example: You set price to 0.1 BTC. 3% out of 0.1 is 0.003 BTC. Your final income is then: 0.1 - 0.003 - 0.0001 = 0.0969 BTC.
Payments are issued at the same moment your rig is rented - there are no delays! If payment fails, your rig is not rented.
Providers that joined service in first month of operation still have 2% fee.

I want ask q question,

i don understand this option mean? someone can help me?

Quote
Allow rehiring of this rig hours x (max 24) before lease ending time.

Reduce my prices by x

Your current leaser can rehire your rig. You specify how many hours before lease termination he can do it (in case you want to adjust price more often, you should put in 1 or 2 hours). You can offer price reduction to leaser - in percentage.

Your prices are still considerable higher compared to other renting services. Current price on LeaseRig is 0.0170, elsewhere between 0.014-0.015. That is more than 10% higher. If you put your rig down to 0.015 it will be snapped immediately.
