the idea is certainly grandiose, you want to immediately unite so many spheres of activity that it looks tempting.
but I think it will be quite difficult to do, I will follow the development of your project, I hope you will succeed

Three Additional Industries That Augmented Reality Will Disrupt

Here at Lucyd, we’re obsessed with Augmented Reality. While this revolutionary technology still doesn’t have the mainstream exposure, we know that it’s going to be huge. The massive potential for enterprise applications is what sets AR apart from its older brother, Virtual Reality.

But what are some of the specific enterprise uses for AR? https://medium.com/@LUCYDLTD/three-additional-industries-that-augmented-reality-will-disrupt-323913168fd0

A Brief History Of Augmented Reality
https://medium.com/@LUCYDLTD/a-brief-history-of-augmented-reality-234f4ab8ac05

If we take a look at the past, we can see that the first working AR system that truly created a full experience came about in the early 90s. This was known as the infamous Virtual Fixtures system made for the United States Air Force back in 1992.

Aside from that, Augmented Reality was primarily used in entertainment and gaming. That said, as technology advances (both hardware and software), other industries are joining in.

Now that mobile phones have proliferated every facet of life, it’s common for people to claim that VR/AR is the next frontier. Augmented Reality hardware has been virtually non-existent (no pun intended) for the past several years.

The only thing that’s come close has been the short-lived Google Glass.

A hugely unpopular product, Google Glass had the unfortunate luck of being both ahead of its time and also severely under-supported by Google. While it had tremendous potential, it wasn’t until the advent of blockchain technology that the prospect of AR glasses became an attractive proposition again.

Lucyd’s glasses act also as a wallet, enabling users to send and receive transactions — much like other cryptocurrency wallets.

With 75% of smartphone users requiring prescription eyewear, the market for Augmented Reality eyewear is huge. While we don’t expect wearable tech to completely replace smartphones, we are confident that the every-day usability of eyeglasses combined with the advantages of Augmented Reality will create a busy marketplace for both developers and users.

That was quite informative, it's always good to learn more about such interesting things as AR.
Thank you!

I like the idea of the project. It looks massive. But I'm concerned if you guys can pull it off...
What's the track record of the team behind this project?

We have 9 scientists on the team including 7 Ph.D.s, some of the most renowned advanced optics and AR minds out there. Including the named inventor behind 12 out of 13 patents and Amazon engineer amongst others with 20 years of experience in advanced optics.

We also have CEO who has taken 3 companies public, is an expert in commercializing new technologies, as the Optics Lead who has 20 years of experience in commercializing advanced optics technologies as well.

You definitely have a great team and advisors and have very serious approach, wish you good luck!

If that is all true what you are saying, how the heck am I ending up in a Telegram group with 4 people? Did I click the wrong button or is your link broken or do you only have 4 people signed up in the group?
