I bought 0.278849M at 21/11/2014 01:36 and still didnt show me that they are mature, is this normal?

Just a heads up... I have the Maieuticoin app on my phone, it didn't notify me of the update nor did I get an email from the subscription service.

The link on the website is updated to MMXIV-Qt.rar, which is 1.0.8; it is your cache that is old

It always has been on Bittrex... Not sure how that is relevant.It's M on Poloniex. Why are you making such a big deal about this? It's all posted on the first post of the last page...
You wonder why people aren't using the latest client but the link on the M webpage points to the Google drive with the old client. Why do you keep moving it around? Keeping it in one location is the simplest and easiest for everyone.
The client used to be MMXIV-Qt.exe. Then it went to Maieuticoin-Qt.exe. Now it is back to MMXIV-Qt.exe. It's not a big deal but but I don't see why the executable name needs to match the "ticker." On Bittrex it has always been MMXIV. But if that's the case why did the executable name ever change to Maieuticoin-Qt.exe? I'm not aware of any ticker symbol ever being the full name Maieuticoin anywhere.
None of this is a big deal, but these inconsistencies cause problems and confusion for your users and then you wonder why they can't or won't follow along. You even setup an email notification list and you won't even use it for its intended purpose which would be for making fairly important announcements like this. I'm trying to help you out but at some point I'd like to hope that some of these things would be obvious for how to notify and make things easy for your users...

Is it possible to get a MAC compile/wallet?
It would go together very easily, I will pay someone a few MMXIV to do it, but I have never messed with it before
