We do not advertise as profitable for investors. Renting is not always profitable
You have to do your research to determine if or when you want to rent.
Every rig listed on our service is owned by another individual who, like you, want's to make a profit.

I know the answer to this question I'm not sure what else we can do to satisfy you. The rental was ended early by your request after 1.7 hours -- of which the rental produced 20% of the total expected shares. You were refunded 100% of the rental cost which means you received the hashing for free.
Let me know what more you would like me to do and I will do my best to accommodate if it is reasonable.

Extended time does count towards the amount of hashrate that the rig is to provide.
Our system calculates the number of expected shares the advertised hashrate should provide over the length of the rental. It then compares that to the final share count at the end of the rental (extended or otherwise). Any missing shares is what our system refunds on (we do allow a slight margin to account for issues that are outside of any rig owners control).

This rig has had 255 recent rentals that completed without a single fault. and 2 with a fault.. the RPI is accurate.

the rpi has not been fixed on that users yet due to the site takes a while if you notice he has it set to 3-5hours
so once the site admins see the peformance of the miners being low the rpi will fix its self cause of underpeformace
