Once blocks are found they are sent to the exchange and converted. The majority of the coins we are mining are less than the value of OPAL. Payouts will come but it may take some time.

There are no crypto rules in Japan. My next worry would be, what if someone bought $10,000 worth of OPAL and then complained to PayPal that you never actually sent the funds/sent the funds to a wallet you own.

Have you thought of these issues before? I would be careful if I were you. I don't want to see the dev of a coin I bought going to jail.

The service will not be handled by OPAL. We are looking at Wesellcryptos they provide a service for panda and dogecoin.
