If I understand correctly, the restaurants will be able to reduce the cost of paying waiters and tables service. But it is not easy for us to make sure, without technical description and feedback from partners.

You're right about that. Apps with loyalty program already exist. Osteria in turn can provide full service to restaurants and their customers.
