One question about the account selling.... Why does it hold value? I mean why people would buy accounts?
Only about 2 million accounts or "addresses" are created per block period / 4 yrs.
With most currencies a person can create thousands of addresses that are long cryptographic hashes. The addresses are completely random long numbers and almost nobody will remember their entire bitcoin address for example.
Pascal addresses can be remembered or easily written down, and that might have some benefit as crypto evolves.
