If you are looking 4 a PASC-Account, ask kindly 4 it, even and in special the pool operators ^^.
If you want 2 buy PASC, go 2 an exchange, depose some BTC an buy.
If you want 2 buy BTC, go 2 an exchange (depends on your location), depose some FIAT an buy.
... of course you can mine PASC (or BTC) also (read the thread(s)),
even though "solo" actually makes no sense at all.

51% is not the issue, its the dishonesty of the pool.

Wow what a great coin, the fact that a person can't even easily create an account for free without attempting to buy off some dodgy miner first is totally not a giant barrier to entry.
Making a person pay or beg for an account/wallet before they can use the coin has to be the most hilarious thing I've ever heard of.
