Will users be able to destroy any part of their tokens? Sell them far below the market price, for example?
Liquidity is always going to be limited as tokens will get burnt every time any paycent user buys or sells crypto using paycent.
Why are you going to sell the tokens below the market price?
Yes there is but it is dependent on the market so I cannot give you the price for the future.

We will get country-specific licenses including Europe's so there should be no issue.

Hopefully starting December. We have already developed the abstraction layer and integration to exchanges this November.
Will disclose when contract is finalized.

Based on Play Store we have over 10,000 downloads.

We have been a speaker at the recently concluded 2nd Annual Blockchain Conference in Hong Kong. We have attended the StartEngine ICO 2.0 Summit in Santa Monica, California. Both conferences were held last week. You can visit our Singapore office to meet the team, no prior appointment needed.

Mostly from Asia at the moment, Singapore, Philippines, UAE but finalizing Indonesia and others.
