I agree mass is the biggest scam ico ever. They have an active telegram with members that answer all the members questions, try to be as open about funds whitehat took, offered refund for a week to those that wanted it after hack even though not their fault and other icos dont refund (coindash). They also scam everyone by letting people know they are speaking with lawyers to prevent future issues with SEC and also reopening presale to offer a chance for those that waited but got cut off due to presale contract ending via whitehat saving funds.
MAN I F***ing hate scam icos like mass that try to do everything to make everyone (majority) happy by daily chats on telegram and emails. I could have asked for a refund of 77 eth but wanted the scammers to be happy. I'm sure that they could update me everyday saying no new news from lawyers but I guess they want to be super evasive and not talk to investors.
I wish I had more eth to give these scammers as their scamming model sounds awesome. Be as open and informative as possible offer refunds to gain trust and reopen presale and ico rather then just call it quits with 7k ETH where most people would have accepted it was hacked like other ICOs.

They offered refund on bct, twitter, email, telegram. I'm pretty sure that gave us all the opportunity we need.
AND from what I've read, the decision of continuing pre-sale has not been made yet, I consider it being halted/over until they set a date for pre-sale.

Still, the ruling is not retroactive. Meaning they could overview it and state that it should be considered security, but they wont meddle in the past. If this happens in the ICO however, we'd have a problem. The only way to right every wrong your suggesting is to refund all, period. We shouldn't even be asked, there would be a full reset to honor the laws retroactively.
This ico is ongoing, its not in the past. Other icos before the ruling, already wouldnt let us and singapores citizens invest because speculation of sec. So, yes, if mass is a security, which so far looks like since it pays a dividend, then how will they know whos invested in their project unless the return everones money, redo preico, and disallow us n singapore investors from get go.
