They had nothing to do with ico wallet. If it was your "favorite" coin you would follow all the bs they have had to deal with to fix it. But they too are very accessible  on slack bitcointalk and no matter how much shit theyve heard, not once have they said one thing offensive in return. Mass has a long way before they get even mentioned in the same breath as Shift much less SuperNet.

Well i have no clue on this teams product line because there's been excuse after excuse by the developers on pushing back the date. The actual ico was supposed to be over by now and they still havent even announced tge restart of the PRE-ico. Hold those responsible that are due, rather than thinking every thousand dollars you throw at crypto turns to a million.

This refund they offered had nothing to do with the legal delay that has now been ongoing for close to 3 weeks. If you cant see their unpreparedness here, fine, but i promise you be prepared for more excuses and delays and "issues" once this launches. Its inevitable.
Everyone loves "their little precious," needless to say, those involved with this project need to take a step back and regroup.

The refunds were offered to everyone for a whole week.
They were painstakingly manually processed, whilst the poor team had to put up with all the bullish people screaming for "leave the refund, lets roll out the ico and get staking already" "they can sell their tokens post ico and profit."

The team took a difficult decision to delay the project to see everyone that wanted a chance to exit/refund got that fair chance, assuming they actually cared enough to check in to see what was happening.

It is also the responsibility of the investor to do their due diligence when investing their hard earned funds into the wild wild west of crypto.

You don't just invest and forget. You follow the announcements, the telegram chat, the bitcointalk thread. You check for updates like "Due to the white hat incident we are offering a full refund to all who wish it."

And as for unprepared, most ICOs seem to be taking the easy route out and simply cutting US investors from their ico in a quick easy and dirty way to meet SEC guidance.

You had a week and I think you can still get a refund now and buy back at double when it hits the exchanges. People don't like yak but at least he is around.  I assume he gets the same question 100 times around a day and people don't look at the past history of the chat.

Like i said, one of hundreds, i witnessed yak do. Again, post that you will refund EVERYONES money who wants it on announcement channel, not those who are willing to expose your developing PR nightmare.

This user not only spammed the chat to the point they had to be banned, at which point they came on trying to impersonate team members, and private messaged threats to other team members, as well as spammed members in private chat.

I witnessed personally yak go back and forth with a guy with the telehram handle miko goat for literally 3 hours about whether bitcoin was a coin or token. Yak was not provoked at all, he just went off. And this was even after miko brought up actual dictionary definitions of the words. And that is one of at least 300 instances ive either heard of or witnessed. He "copy and pasted" private ims that occured with him and another telegram user into the main chat in order to harass and show his "power."

We all are emotional creatures and can get a bit overreactive, but you shouldnt have someone as your frontman for your COMPANY, who cant come up with more creative responses than" f0ck off," badgering, and 5 year old responses. PR and the marketing of your product can lead to your success and failure just as much as poor execution of yoyr exvellent product.
